Top Dawg Entertainment’s Jay Rock isn’t done pushing his recently released Redemption album. The hip-hop veteran has treated fans to his new Kendrick Lamar-featured “Wow Freestyle” video.

On Thursday, Jay Rock pulled the trigger on unleashing the jam-packed visual to the masses.

Jay Rock’s latest visual off Redemption is here. The clip for “Wow Freestyle” shows Rock and Kendrick Lamar driving around their native Los Angeles neighborhoods in between VHS filtered videos of the same images. The video follows fellow Redemption visuals “King’s Dead” featuring Future, “WIN,” “The Bloodiest,” “OSOM” featuring J. Cole, “ES Tales,” “Rotation 112th,” and “Tap Out” featuring Jeremih. It was directed by Jack Begert who previously worked with Rock on the “OSOM” and “ES Tales.” (SPIN)

A few weeks ago, Jay’s “WIN” smash single earned props as the most popular TV song in August.

Jay Rock’s hit “WIN” rules The Hollywood Reporter’s Top TV Songs chart, powered by Tunefind and Shazam, for August, thanks to its appearance in Ballers’ season 4 opener on Aug. 12. Rankings for the Top TV Songs chart are based on song and show data provided by Tunefind and ranked using a formula blending respective Shazam tags, as well as sales and streaming information tracked by Nielsen Music during the corresponding period. Rock is aiming to put out an immediate Redemption album follow-up before 2019.

“I’ve been thinking about that every day,” he told Rap-Up. “I’m ready to get back in the studio now… Ever since the big reviews on Redemption, I’m ready to go back in and just come with another project right now before the year is up. Hopefully, man, y’all might get that.” (Rap-Up)

Jay also credited strong fan support for fueling his non-stop work grind.

“It’s just giving me more motivation and inspiration to keep doing what I do,” added Rock. “I’ve been doing it for a long time. For those who’ve been rocking with me since day one and for those that’s new that’s been rooting for me, I appreciate it. That’s what’s keeping me going. It’s just giving me the fire and the flames to keep pushing.” (Rap-Up)

New York rapper 50 Cent and Kodak Black are a little more than just weighing in on the $1.5 billion Mega Millions lottery coming to an end. The hip-hop stars hit up social media with some pretty hilarious reactions.

Fif initially jumped on Instagram Wednesday (October 24) with a #MeToo reference to the lottery.

Kodak Black had a way more direct and savage response to the results.

After mounted anticipation, someone in South Carolina landed the winning lottery ticket.

Hate to break it to you, but you’re not the nation’s newest millionaire — unless you bought the one Mega Millions ticket in South Carolina with the magic numbers that won a near-US record $1.537 billion jackpot. The winning numbers from Tuesday night’s drawing — 5, 28, 62, 65 and 70, with a Mega Ball of 5 — were sold at a KC Mart convenience store in Simpsonville, a city of about 18,000 people outside Greenville, lottery officials said. Recently, 50 Cent trolled Floyd about coming out of retirement solely for money purposes.

Last month, Floyd shocked fans by announcing plans to fight boxing rival Manny Pacquiao before 2019.

Floyd Mayweather Jr. says he’s coming out of retirement again to fight Manny Pacquiao for a second time in December. Mayweather posted a video on Instagram early Saturday that showed him and Pacquiao together, reportedly in Japan, jawing at each other over a possible second fight. (TIME)

Back in 2015, Floyd went all 12 rounds in a big victory against Pac-Man.

Mayweather defeated Pacquiao in a 12-round unanimous decision at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas in May of 2015, and talks of a rematch have swirled ever since. After the fight, it was revealed that Pacquiao fought through a torn rotator cuff in his right shoulder. (USA Today)

New York rapper JAY-Z and Beyoncé‘s massive On The Run II tour did numbers-numbers. The married power couple’s 2018 international run grossed over $250 million.

According to reports, Young Hov and Queen Bey managed to secure an easy $254 million in just over 4 months.

The numbers for Beyonce and Jay-Z four-month-long, time-zone spanning “On the Run II” tour are in, and they’re impressive. The epic jaunt grossed some $254,050,706, according to Pollstar data provided to Variety. The 48-date tour launched in Cardiff, Wales on June 6, rolled through Europe for 18 shows before crossing the Atlantic for another 30 shows in North America, wrapping at Seattle’s CenturyLink field on Oct. 4. Earlier this month, Beyoncé shared various On The Run II tour moments.

According to JAY’s Roc Nation, the 48-show tour brought in well over 2 million attendees.

New York rapper Cardi B isn’t here for following guidelines. The hip-hop diva has pulled the trigger on dropping her new “Money” single 48 hours earlier than expected.

On Tuesday, Cardi blessed fans with the turn-up record across streaming giants.

Yesterday, the Bronx native announced the new single would drop Thursday.

A few days ago, footage surfaced of Cardi in the recording studio with Maybach Music Group’s Meek Mill.

Recently, buzz developed about Cardi and Meek low-key having new music together.

Sources tell TMZ Cardi recently stepped into the studio with none other than Meek Mill to lay down some material that’ll be used in a forthcoming song. We’re told they cranked out hooks and verses — all of which is fair game for a final product that’s yet to be released. While we’re told the collab happened a few months ago, the timing is nothing short of less-than-perfect for Nicki … who’s in the middle of a good ol’ fashioned beef with Cardi. (TMZ)
