Boxing icon Floyd Mayweather Jr. isn’t lacing up the gloves to fight Manny Pacquiao – again. The sports mogul has come forward to shut down speculation about a rematch going down.

Last year, Showtime Sports president Stephen Espinoza said fans should really expect a possible Mayweather/Pacquiao rematch happening..
“Having spoken to Floyd, I know he’s deadly serious about it. After I get a little bit of sleep after this event, we’ll go at Mayweather/Pacquiao 2, I think.” (TMZ)
In fall 2018, reports emerged about Mayweather possibly considering two comeback fights including a rematch with Manny.

Couple of interesting points here … we’re told Floyd hasn’t yet picked an opponent — and he ain’t just lookin’ at boxers — he’s also checking out kickboxers and MMA fighters. We’re told Conor McGregor’s name has not been mentioned. (TMZ)
