Tony Yayo Calls Lawsuit Again JAY-Z ‘Extortion,’ Uncle Murda Says Diddy Set Him Up

Jay Z & Pharrell at the Something In The Water Festival Jay Z performs at the Something In The Water Festival

Tony Yayo is speaking in a different tone than his friend 50 Cent when it comes to JAY-Z’s sexual assault lawsuit.

TMZ tracked down Yayo outside of LAX, and he called it a “money grab.”

He added, “For somebody to extort you, send you a letter, and then you gotta send your lawyers, sounds like extortion to me.”

Also on hand was Uncle Murda who offered his opinion: “I think Diddy paid somebody to say that shit about Jay to get the heat off himself cause Diddy looking bad out here. I think he trying to get the heat on Jay.”

On Sunday (Dec. 8), a lawsuit accusing JAY-Z of raping a 13-year-old girl with Diddy after the 2000 VMAs hit online. JAY-Z called the suit an extortion attempt in a sharp response posted to the Roc Nation social media accounts. The suit is filed by Houston’s Tony Buzbee, who is representing alleged victims of Diddy.

In the statement, Hov pointed out the extortion attempt, writing that he wouldn’t give “ONE RED PENNY!!”

He also stated, “I have no idea how you have come to be such a deplorable human Mr. Buzbee, but I promise you I have seen your king many times over.”

On a personal note, JAY-Z added, “My only heartbreak is for my family. My wife and I will have to sit our children down, one of whom is at the age where her friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims, and explain the cruelty and greed of people.”

After slamming Buzbee as an “ambulance chaser in a cheap suit,” Hov encouraged Buzbee to take the matter to criminal court and signed off, saying, “I look forward to showing you just how different I am.”

According to Apple Music and Ebro Darden’s Hot 97, Hov wrote the message himself on his iPhone.

According to NBC News, Jane Doe alleges JAY-Z and Diddy raped her at a VMAs after-party. The original suit only named Diddy but was recently adjusted to include Jay as a defendant. The woman claims she was dropped off at Radio City Music Hall, the venue for that year’s VMAs, but did not have a ticket to attend. She approached several limousine drivers before encountering one who allegedly worked for Diddy, who stated she “fit what Diddy was looking for.” Upon arrival, she stated she signed an NDA and took a drink that left her feeling “woozy,” eventually leading to the alleged sexual assault by both men.

The suit also states an unnamed woman celebrity.

Tony Yayo Reveals He Made Six Figures Touring With 50 Cent: ‘I Don’t Ask For Too Much’

DSC07205TonyYayo

If you had the chance to see 50 Cent on his Final Lap Tour, then you know how epic the show was. Not only did 50 play his biggest hits from his debut album, Get Rich or Die Tryin’, but he also brought his G-Unit family.

Insert Tony Yayo, who was right by 50’s side during the entire tour, which stopped in over 70 cities and over 20 countries. 50 was on the road for the latter half of last year, touring between July and December.

Most recently, Tony Yayo sat down with Vlad TV to discuss exactly how great his experience touring with 50 was — especially regarding the finances. The “So Seductive” rapper revealed he made 6 figures… not too bad for a supporting act!

Tony Yayo speaks on 50’s greatness: “His merch is in the millions. He’s an icon. You can ask anyone — the people that ran the tour from Live Nation — they’ll tell you: ‘Your favorite rapper can’t do what 50 just did.’”

And while Tony didn’t have his merchandise to sell on the tour, he’s incredibly grateful for the profits he made by simply performing.

“I don’t ask for too much,” Tony states. “I’m making six figures, so why would I bother you for more? It’s cool. I’m not worried about that. Trust me, I’m making a great check. The money is great, the money is excellent.”

Tony also goes on to praise 50 for how well he took care of everyone.

“You gotta understand, lot of artists don’t get treated [well],” Tony continues. “People think that Fif is a bad guy, but when you’re staying in the Four Seasons, you got the Eiffel Tower there, you staying at the W in Bahrain sipping Ranis on the water. “There’s an F1 race track around the hotel. You just missed Giorgio Armani at breakfast. It’s a fucking movie! Working with 50 is a fucking movie, bro!”

50 Cent’s pivotal 2003 LP Get Rich Or Die Tryin’ was the launching pad for him and his G-Unit collective to gain traction as a powerhouse at the turn of the millennium in Hip Hop. To the surprise of many, Fif let it be known that he wishes that the weight of superstardom wasn’t on his shoulders but rather on the shoulders of his next in charge, Tony Yayo.

In an interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood, 50 said, “My solo album took off so big that I just brought them with me, so it was clear that it was me creating opportunity for everybody else in the crew, but we was all together. I wish it would have been Yayo, because then I coulda did all of the business. If he woulda did what 50 Cent did, then I would have been running the whole thing.”

In his interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood, 50 Cent also announced that he’d been green-lighted to start working on an 8 Mile TV series to help solidify Eminem’s legacy, though details remain few and far between.

“I wanna bring — I’m gonna bring, 8 Mile to television,” 50 Cent said,

“We in motion. It’s gonna be big. I’m working. I ain’t got no duds. I’m batting 100 … I think it should be there for [Eminem’s] legacy because it’s important to me that they understand it.”

Tony Yayo Comments On PnB Rock’s Murder: ‘Every Rapper Is A Target’

PnB Rock’s untimely murder has sparked much conversation about the safety of rappers and how rappers are targeted by those trying to come up on money, jewlery, and other expensive items. Even before PnB Rock’s death, Ice-T even warned rappers about the dangers of coming to L.A. where he said there are over 50,000 active gang member. But the reality is, what happened to PnB Rock could happen in any hood in the U.S.

Tony Yayo recently chimed in on Rock’s death in a interview with VladTV, where the two spoke on the recent death, saying that “every rapper is a target.”

“When you really think about it, every rapper is a target. You a target. I mean I came up with 50 Cent so it was different because he was a target before he blew. He got shot 9 fucking times,” Yayo said. “We was riding around in the burgundy mini-van with no AC…like to this day I don’t walk to my car fast or nothing because, yo bro, nobody is exempt from nothing. You ain’t see the feds run up in Trump’s crib? That should tell you…anybody can get it.”

Yayo continued, recalling his time as a member of G-Unit and saying that he had to move differently because there were people who didn’t like him and wanted to rob him, or even kill him, for the jewelry he had on.

“You know being around G-Unit there was a lot of stick-up niggas around us I ain’t gonna lie to you. So I seen the way they move and these niggas be hungry. So now a nigga know in New York, know what a Richard Millie is, they know what an AP is. They know that that shit could change their life.”

“I like change too, this chain cost a ticket. But you know, I’m not just gonna. be in the middle of the hood, Compton or somewhere, or in the middle of the Bronx where mother fuckers are gonna be like Merry Christmas. ‘Cause that’s how a nigga in the street think. When they see this shit, Merry Christmas, and it’s like as a rapper you gotta get this shit. It’s nice shit.”

The former member of G-Unit ended by saying something that 50 Cent told him when he got his first Jacob watch: “beware a nigga will blow your head off for that.”
