[WATCH] Uncle Murda Says He Lied About Being Shot In The Head

Uncle Murda1

In a recent visit to ‘The Danza Project,’ podcast, G-Unit soldier and controversial rapper Uncle Murda reinforced the sentiment that “all tappers lie” and even included himself in that consensus.

The “Rap Up” emcee went on to tell a story about himself embellishing a story, saying, “I remember I lied about getting shot in the head. That was early on in my career — I lied about getting shot in the head because I wanted to like, ‘Aight, s***, maybe I could get this whole 2Pac/50 Cent wave going on right now, n****.’”

He went on to say that the song “Brooklyn” featuring Fabolous and Jay-Z gave him the notoriety to run with the story, adding, “‘Let me act like I got shot in the head for real, and then it’s going to be like, ‘Oh shit! Murda got shot in the head! The next day he back like ain’t shit happen.’’”

[WATCH] Uncle Murda Still Going In: Drops ‘Rap Up 2023’ Part 3

uncle murda e1391310582740

Rapper Uncle Murda dropped part three of his scathing ‘Rap Up 2023’ and it continues right where he left off in part 2.
Murda changed his style this year by breaking the rap up into 3 parts and revealed why he pulled a switch up for 2023.

Murda wrote in his Instagram post on Monday:

“Good Morning Sorry for the Delay I been on Tour for the last 6months #FinalLapTour🚦🚦🚦 I’m tired tired 😴 “Part 1 Out Now this year we dropping 3 Parts tomorrow you get the video for Part 1 and Part 2 also dropping cause all y’all waiting for me to do is talk about Diddy 😂🤦🏿‍♂️ I wonder if Diddy on Part 2 or Part 3 or Both @greatjohnmusic on the beat by the way.”

In previous years, Uncle Murda dropped off his wild “Rap Up” tracks all at once. However, his much wanted recaps have gotten longer. His “Rap Up 2022” went for 15 minutes. This year, the BK lyricist aims to release his rap up in three parts. He shared with the ‘The Danza Project’ that 50 Cent encouraged him to split the record up.

“I actually had a conversation 50 about it last year,” Murda said. “He was telling me that I should start breaking it up into parts just because how sometimes the people be looking forward to it and then sometimes also for the radio the DJ’s they be like ‘I wanted to play the whole record man but it was too long.’ So now they got three parts.”

Check out part 3 below.

Uncle Murda Goes In On Diddy For Part 2 Of His 2023 “Rap Up”

GC3Jn9VXQAAi4qf

Brooklyn crime rhyme king Uncle Murda has been offering up his year-end “Rap Up” for a decade, and now, the G-Unit soldier decided to ride with his boss 50 Cent and his verbal assault on Diddy and included his less-than-popular antics in the 2023 Rap Up.

The Hip Hop community and beyond have been shocked at the continuous revelations being exposed in Diddy’s ongoing sexual assault allegations, which have increased over the past few months. Even after the settlement with former girlfriend Cassie, the allegations continued to pour in from other women. Because of the number of issues in and outside of Hip Hop that made Murda’s Wrap Up, he decided to create a first time ever “Part 2” to the Rap-Up, created exclusively for the Bad Boy honcho himself.

The East New Yorker jumps into the Diddy vs. Cassie case, saying, “He was controlling her, had her on some scared s***/Paying other n***as to f*** her while he watch that’s some weird s***/I’m like, did he do it? Did he drug her? Did he r**e her?/If you ain’t do the s***, Diddy why did you pay her? He went on, “You was an icon, n***a, you ruined it/Diddy documentary coming out, 50 Cent shooting it/I think it’s called did he not, or did he do the s***.”

[WATCH] Trick Daddy Speaks On Uncle Murda’s Annual “Rap Up”: You’re A Clown

Screen Shot 2023 02 17 at 11.45.51 PM

On the most recent episode of his podcast I Got My Pots, Miami Hip Hop legend Trick Daddy spoke very openly about Uncle Murda and his yearly “Rap Up” tracks, where he “respectfully disrespects” rappers and celebs who made the headlines from the past year.

13:40 into the episode, Trick Daddy said that going viral is for social media influencers and clowns before saying that the Brooklyn rapper is “the number one clown.” Trick then slammed all of Murda’s Rap-Ups, saying, “you ain’t got nothing else better to do. That’s clown s**t, boy.”

TD said he wasn’t even going to bring up Murda and his Rap Up tracks, but recalled being one of his targets on one of the year-ending tracks that made Murda declare, “I’m a part of the holidays like Mariah”.

Freddie Gibbs Responds To Uncle Murda Calling Him Out In 2022 Rap Up

Freddie Gibbs

Uncle Murda recently released his 2022 Rap-Up, and took some shots at Freddie Gibbs regarding his beef with Benny The Butcher, which led to him getting beat up at a barbeque restaurant in Buffalo, NY.

In the Rap Up, Uncle Murda rapped: “Let’s talk about Freddie Gibbs like really wassup with him? / Niggas robbed him in Buffalo and he got beat up again / He be out here looking like a cold-blooded sucker.”

It didn’t take long before Gibbs responded to Uncle Murda on Twitter, saying that the Rap Up rapper was “friendly as a box of puppies” every time they saw each other.

Uncle Murda was referencing an incident that took place last year where Freddie Gibbs was beaten up by members of Benny The Butchers entourage at a barbeque restaurant in Buffalo, New York. A fan of the Gary, Indiana artist saw the whole thing go down and even said that Benny’s people took Freddie’s chain during the attack.

Benny even went on to brag about the incident on Instagram live and showed the chain his goons snatched from Gibbs. Gibbs was on tour during the incident, and pictures were shortly released, which showed his swollen eye.

Elsewhere in the Rap Up, Uncle Murda took shots at Kanye who he also named “Donkey Of The Year.” In the Rap Up, Uncle Murda rapped:

“Let’s talk about Kanye being antisemitic, the adidas deal that made him a billionaire got deaded / Now he only worth ’bout four, five hundred M’s / He lost his momma, Pete Davidson started fucking Kim / He be dressing dusty now, he don’t even look rich / He been looking stressed since that white boy took his bitch.”

He added: “You already know JAY-Z be ignoring him, he violated George Floyd, Black people ain’t supporting him / He was on ‘Drink Champs’ sounding like a fucking clown / N.O.R.E. and them had to go and take the interview down / He defended the cop that had George Floyd on the ground, he say dumb shit whenever there’s a camera around / And it’s like he say this shit without no hesitation, his friends need to make sure he taking his medication.”

Screen Shot 2023 01 02 at 6.22.59 AM

NYC and beyond have been waiting all year for Uncle Murda’s highly anticipated “Rap Up 2022” to see what rappers, entertainers, and public figures the East New York, Brooklyn native would respectfully disrespect. Everything from the Tory Lanez vs. Megan Thee Stallion verdict to PNB Rock and Takeoff’s murders to Master P’s father/son beef with Romeo was mentioned in this year’s 2022 review.

Murda has been working himself this past year, as the G-Unit soldier has been on tour overseas with 50 Cent and Tony Yayo, as mentioned in the Rap-Up.

Freddie Gibbs Denies Getting Jumped By Jim Jones, Responds To DJ Akademiks And Uncle Murda’s ‘Rap Up’ Diss

Freddie Gibbs Austiin City Limits Dr. Umar

Uncle Murda dropped his 14-minute long “Rap Up” single on New Years Eve, and like expected, it had some disrespectful bars to fellow artists including Lil Was X, Tyler, The Creator, Will Smith, and Freddie Gibbs.

The next day, Gibbs took to social media to respond to Uncle Murda’s diss. He first took to IG to post on his story, “So many NY rappers on my dick right now. I can’t wait to go to y’all city and show u how to sell it out. byke byke.” He added, “NYC should be ashamed of y’all non rapping ass n-ggaz. This my shit now.”

Akademiks reposted Gibbs’ story on Twitter, re-insinuating that Gibbs got jumped by Jim Jones at the Prime 112 restaurant and now he wants to call out all of New York. “FEDERICK Gibbs gets beat up by one New York rapper and dissed by another now he calling out the whole New York” Ak tweeted. “@FreddieGibbs where the same trolling energy for Jim jones n Uncle Murda Nigga…”

Gibbs responded to Ak, restating that his upcoming NYC show is sold out.

Gibbs later tweeted “NY about to be a breeze.” Akademiks then responded to the tweet, saying “Prime 112 was a breeze too huh,” with laughing emojis. Gibbs responded again, with a Memoji of himself shrugging. “Aint nobody do shit to me,” Gibbs said.

Uncle Murda had some scathing bars directed towards Gibbs in the “Rap Up” single. He talked about Ak saying Gibbs got beat up by Jones and how he was not a fan of Gibbs’s response to losing to Nas for Best Rap Album at last year’s Grammys.

“Let me smoke a blunt right now and get in my zone/Akademiks said Freddie Gibbs got beat up by Jim Jones/Not a big fan of his the streets don’t rock with him/That be Elliott ad B. Dot giving all those props to him/So when he talk tough we don’t believe what he saying/His father a cop and his brother down with the DEA,” Murda rapped.

Murda went on, rapping “Yeah, I ain’t like his reaction when Nas won the Grammy/He never lost in court ’cause law enforcement is his family/I know I ain’t the only one who feel like he hated/Freddie album ain’t deserve to be Grammy nominated.”

Shortly after the diss was released, Gibbs once again took to social media. Even though this tweets were not directly targeting Uncle Murda, it can be inferred that he was responding to the diss.

“N****z talking shit happy new year go pay your rent b***h,” Gibbs tweeted.

Freddie Gibbs Calls NYC Artists “Non Rappin Ass N****z” After Uncle Murda’s “Rap Up 2021”

Screen Shot 2022 01 03 at 5.17.38 AM

You would’ve thought that the opening line about Lil Nas X was going to be the most talked-about topic from Uncle Murda’s “Rap Up 2021”, but who knew that him bringing up the Freddie Gibbs/Jim Jones altercation in Miami would have Freddie Gibbs taking shots at all rappers from the Rotten Apple?

After Murda went in on Gibbs, calling him out for his beef with culture critic DJ Akademiks and of course the run-in with Jim Jones at Prime 112 in Miami, where Gibbs allegedly caught a bad one, the Indiana/Los Angeles transplant took out his frustration on New York rappers in general, calling them “non rapping ass niggaz..”
