Blueface Will Not Be Released From Jail Until Summer

After being locked up for a probation violation in Los Angeles, “Thotianna” rapper Blueface will be spending more than the expected time behind bars after it is reported that he will be incarcerated until July because of the violation.

According to reports, Blueface violated the terms of his probation related to a club assault case last year, but the details of how he violated the terms of his probation are still not confirmed. This is the most recent incident in which he violated the terms of his probation, which has occurred several times in the past. Blueface is also on probation for his Las Vegas strip club case, presenting the possibility of a probation violation in that jurisdiction as well.

Blueface is currently in custody at the L.A. County Jail, with a scheduled release set for July 2, 2024, but the possibility of earlier release due to jail overcrowding is eminent.

C Blu Back in Custody Less Than Two Weeks After Arrest for Shooting Cop

The NYPD wasn’t too happy with the release of 16-year-old rapper and reputed gang member Camrin Williams aka C Blu, after he shot a police officer and showed their discontent by rearresting the teen yesterday(February 3) for a probation violation from a 2020 gun charge, according to a New York Post report.

Last week, C Blu and his family posted a $250K bond, primarily paid with a record label advance he received from a subsidiary of Universal Records, after allegedly shooting a cop during an altercation in the Bronx. He was taken back to Crossroads Juvenile Detention Facility in Brooklyn because the gun used in the January 18 shooting violated his probation from a 2020 illegal weapons charge.

It is unclear why Williams’ probation violation wasn’t active before he was released for shooting the officer, and C Blu’s lawyer, Dawn Florio, has yet to comment on this matter.

“We’re glad that a cop-shooter is back off the street, but this revolving door for a repeat gun offender makes no sense whatsoever,” PBA President Patrick J. Lynch said. “It should be clear to every New Yorker that our justice system is broken in many places. Our lawmakers need to prioritize fixing it above everything else.”

Kodak Black Violates Probation By Testing Positive For MDMA

Kodak Black’s recent drug test came back positive for Marijuana and Ecstacy. The rapper asked the judge for permission to perform at rolling loud. According to TMZ, the rapper violated the terms of his supervised release in his federal gun case by failing drug tests earlier this year. According to new legal docs, he tested positive for marijuana in February and then MDMA in August. Kodak was instructed to complete a 90-day treatment program and he recently got permission to spend 30 of those days outside of Florida, after claiming it would give him a better chance at success.

TMZ claims, Kodak Black asked the court to let him attend the Rolling Loud music festival in New York City this weekend and says it’s strictly for business. The judge signed off on it and gave him permission to perform at the festival. He is expected to appear on stage Friday in Queens as long as he keeps in touch with his Supervised Release Officer.

Kodak Black has been in the legal system for years. The Pompano Beach, Florida native was first arrested as a youth, and he was sent to a juvenile detention center three times in one year. In 2015, he was arrested and charged with robbery, battery, false imprisonment of a child, and possession of cannabis. He kept adding to his list of charges over the years with charges ranging from felony criminal sexual conduct and child neglect to grand theft of a firearm and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

His most recent arrest was at Rolling Loud Miami in 2019 on firearm charges and he was sentenced to two to seven years in prison. As one of Donald Trump’s final acts in the Oval Office, Kodak was granted a commutation and allowed to leave United States Penitentiary, Thomson in Illinois just days later. However, the Miami rapper was still facing criminal sexual assault charges in South Carolina. Kodak pleaded guilty to a lesser charge of first-degree assault and battery in April and was sentenced to 18 months of probation.

[WATCH] Young Chop Gives Update From Jail After Probation Violation Arrest

Problems continue to mount for Chicago rapper Young Chop, who has been through a myriad of issues since the public beef with French Montana and 21 Savage among others. 

Following the public back and forth between the artists, goons from Atlanta ordered the Chi-Town rapper and producer to get out of the city of Atlanta in 24 hours or he may suffer the ultimate consequence. Instead, Chop, whose real name is Tyree Pittman, has landed himself in jail on a probation violation this month after racking up several charges this month including reckless conduct and animal cruelty. 

Chop is currently in the Gwinnett County Jail in the Atlanta area and gives an update on his situation and when that Kevin Gates track is due to hit the street.

Soulja Boy Taken Into Custody In LA Over Gun Ammo In His Home

After setting the internet on fire at the top of the year, Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em could be facing some jail time over gun ammunition, a violation of his probation.

Today, Soulja Boy, whose real name is Deandre Way, went to see his P.O. and didn’t have a normal visit. According to confirmed reports, Soulja was taken into custody stemming from an incident where a woman claimed she was beaten and kidnapped by the internet rap sensation. Way denies the claim, but as police were searching his home, they discovered bullets, which automatically is a violation of Soulja probation from a 2018 arrest.

It’s in the hands of his probation officer and the County of Los Angeles as to whether or not they extend his probation or violate him and put him behind bars.

Meek Mill Discusses His Prison Time On ‘Ellen’ [Video]

Meek Mill has been making his rounds during this current promotional run for his upcoming album. The “Amen” rapper recently paid a visit to The Ellen Show where he detailed the unfair hand the law has dealt him over the years.

After defeating Ellen in a game of ping-pong backstage, the Philadelphia MC opened up about his time in behind bars. Meek admitted that while on the inside he would often watch The Ellen Show. “They gave us the basic channels. Some days I found myself watching Ellen. Some days it was CNN and some days it was Ellen on,” he explained.

He gave DeGeneres the timeline of what led up to him being on probation for almost 12 years. “I really didn’t have any guidance and I was hanging around a bunch of the wrong people and I got caught up. When I went to see the bail judge he was like ‘you’re here for pointing a firearm at a police officer, selling drugs’. I was like ‘whoa whoa whoa, pointing a gun?’ I wouldn’t be here right now for pointing a gun at a police officer.”

When discussing his most recent five-month stint he admitted that he found out about his release on television. “I was in my cell. I’m watching the news [and they say] ‘Meek Mill is up for bail’. I dropped my food and jumped up in the air and I was leaving 10 minutes later.”
