Back in March, an incident of alleged domestic violence involving Fabolous took over the net, followed by a video showing an aggressive encounter between him, the mother of his children Emily B and her father. Today, TMZ reports a New Jersey grand jury has indicted Loso with charges from that event.

The grand jury indicted Fab for a single count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill and one count of possession of a weapon. Each charge can carry a sentence of up to five years.

The viral video from the day resulted in third-degree crimes, which showed threats to the additional parties involved outside of his home. The weapon that Fabolous was charged in possessing was a pair of scissors.
