Comedian DL Hughley is disgusted. The veteran funnyman has reacted to former O.J. Simpson prosecutor Chris Darden representing Nipsey Hussle‘s alleged shooting suspect.

Over the past few hours, Hughley has unloaded on Darden with a slew of Instagram posts.

Yesterday, Hussle’s alleged killer entered a not guilty plea.

His attorney, Chris Darden, entered a plea of not guilty in the tightly packed, heavily guarded downtown courtroom. Holder, clad in a light blue jail shirt and pants and shackled at the wrists, stood in a glassed enclosure and was flanked by several deputies. He leaned back slightly with his chin up, exposing an array of neck tattoos, and frequently glanced at onlookers. Holder has received numerous social media threats, and deputies noticeably scrutinized the courtroom. (Los Angeles Times)

According to reports, Holder currently faces life behind bars.

The L.A. County D.A. charged him with 1 count of murder, 2 counts of attempted murder and 1 count of possession of a firearm by a felon. Holder faces the possibility of life in prison if convicted. The attempted murder charges are for the alleged shootings of Kerry Lathan and Shermi Cervabta Villanueva. Shermi is Kerry’s nephew and had driven him to meet with Nipsey. (TMZ)

After a two-day manhunt, law enforcement captured Hussle’s shooting suspect Tuesday.

Deputies at the L.A. County Sheriff’s Lakewood station got a call at 12:53 p.m. from a person who had seen someone matching Holder’s description, said Sheriff’s spokeswoman Nicole Nishida. The deputies arrived on the scene and arrested the person without incident. Detectives from the LAPD South Bureau are on their way to Lakewood to confirm whether the person is in fact the suspect, said LAPD Officer Tony Im. (Variety)
