Grammy-winning singer Beyoncé is all about those three stripes. The R&B icon has partnered up with Adidas to make a line of signature gear.

According to reports, the massive power move will see her Ivy Park brand relaunched with Adidas fully behind helping create clothing and kicks.

On Thursday, the singer and the sports retailer announced a new partnership, with plans to co-create new footwear and apparel that will run the gamut from performance- to lifestyle-focused items. Queen Bey has since issued a statement confirming the new deal.

“This is the partnership of a lifetime for me,” Beyoncé said in a press release. “[A]didas has had tremendous success in pushing creative boundaries. We share a philosophy that puts creativity, growth and social responsibility at the forefront of business. I look forward to re-launching and expanding Ivy Park on a truly global scale with a proven, dynamic leader.” (The Cut)

Bey’s huge business deal also helps her break new ground as one of the first black women to own an athletic brand.

Ivy Park launched two years ago with Phillip Green, the British billionaire behind Topshop. In November, Beyoncé bought out Green to become the full owner of Ivy Park, following allegations of sexual harassment and racial abuse against the businessman. With the Adidas partnership, Beyoncé will remain the owner of Ivy Park, with Thursday’s press release noting she is “one of the first black women to be the sole owner of an athleisure brand.” (Business Insider)

Back in 2016, Bey initially launched her Ivy Park brand through a collaboration with Topshop.

The new line, a joint venture with Sir Philip Green of Topshop, takes a more minimalist, monochromatic approach, with graphic black-and-white hooded sweatshirts, plain black leggings and one-shouldered crop tops with the Ivy Park logo splashed across waistbands and side stripes. “I stretch my body out like the horizon. I teach my body everyday to go a little further. I know what it’s capable of; I’ve seen it perform miracles,” said Beyoncé in the new campaign video, as she is seen stretching in an all-black Ivy Park set of leggings and a ribbed crop top. (WWD)
