White Castle Recruits Wu-Tang Clan to Promote Vegan-Friendly ‘Impossible Slider’

Talk about the power of rappers becoming brand ambassadors. Many were puzzled in awe this past week when a paranormal like audio featuring Wu-Tang Clan chief RZA surfaced where the renowned creative is heard delivering a rather cryptic message through a hotline, all thanks to fast food chain White Castle. According to the VegNews, the fast-food chain has teamed up with the iconic Wu-Tang Clan to promote the launch of its latest vegan-friendly endeavor, Impossible Sliders.

“Peace. My name is RZA9000, formerly known as the RZA. I have uploaded my consciousness into a supreme data system and now I possess the knowledge infinite,” the dismembered voice of RZA plays in the ad. “Together with the Wu-Tang Clan, we will slide through space, seek wisdom, and expand the parameters of the mind. If you are an Earthling and you need answers, call 1-833-4-SLIDER.”

The hotline serves the purpose of answering queries individuals may have about the science of existence, a concept the Wu-Tang Clan are known to surf throughout their work. But, that science is on bound to translate to the coming of White Castle’s new vegan-friendly item. “All will be revealed. Wu-Tang in space, eating vegan Impossible Sliders-October 1.”

Ghostface Killah and GZA followed suit with the space scenario and shared a variety of suggestive posts on social media relating to the health conscious cause. The two rap legends are pictured as astronauts settled on the moon on the verge of placing a flag featuring the Wu emblem on the astronomical body.

Back in April, White Castle ran a nationwide beta test with the Impossible Slider at 140 select locations and reportedly sold nearly 300 on the plant-based burger each day. In lieu of such success and demand, the Kansas founded chain announced their decision to expand the burger to all 377 locations nationwide last week. The move to enlist the Wu as brand ambassadors for the refined burger is sensible, due to several of the members’ habitual vegan-friendly consumption with at most RZA, as a prime vegan supporter along with Ghostface Killah and GZA-who are also supremely health conscious.
