Tekashi 6ix9ine Reportedly ‘G Checked’ By Fellow Inmates in Prison

Another day, more issues for Tekashi 6ix9ine. The DUMMY BOY creator is still locked up after his arrest by federal authorities last month. The latest regarding 6ix9ine states he was “g checked” by several Crips upon reentry into Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center after his latest bail hearing.

TMZ reports the incident was the main reason that 6ix9ine was transferred to another facility, with his legal counsel supporting the details of the transfer.

6ix9ine was being threatened in jail. However, he was not scared nor did he request being removed,” said his attorney Lance Lazzaro. “The [Bureau of Prisons], acting upon these threats, removed him to a different facility to eliminate the threat.”

It was worth noting for 6ix9ine’s attorney that his client was not afraid of what was going down, which is fitting to the narrative that has come from the case. 6ix9ine has not snitched, nor has he been scared by his prison circumstances.

Late last week, 6ix9ine learned that he will not be leaving jail to wait for his trail. His date is set for September of 2019.
