DEA Claim BMF’s Involvement In Jam Master Jay’s Murder

Screen Shot 2022 12 07 at 6.29.03 PM

For the past two decades since the tragic, untimely death of legendary DJ Jam Master Jay, there has been a lot of speculation as to who was behind the trigger when he was fatally shot and possibly who could have been behind the plot to kill him on that fateful morning of October 30th 2002 in Jamaica, Queens.

For years no one was fingered as a suspect until Karl Jordan Jr. and Ronald Washington were indicted for Jam Master Jay’s murder in 2020. Since these indictments, it has been alleged that Jay, whose given name is Jason Mizell, was involve in large-quantity, mutli-kilo cocaine distribution, which is also the alleged motive behind his murder.

Jordan and Washington are slated to begin their trials in February 2023 and one of the star “witnesses” scheduled to testify in the trial is Black Mafia Family founding member Terry “Southwest T” Flenory because the feds believe that the BMF’s drug empire intertwined with JMJ’s operation, which in turn resulted in Jay selling large amounts of cocaine for BMF.

With info gathered from DEA agents and and federal C.I.s, Jam Master Jay was killed over cocaine that was supplied by the Black Mafia Family organization, which at the time, was headed by Southwest T’s brother, Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory. Meech is currently serving a 30-year federal sentence for his role in the BMF organization.

TheSource.com will update this story as more details develop when the trial is slated to begin.

[WATCH] Bleu DaVinci Warns ‘BMF’ Producers About How He’s Portrayed In Series

Screen Shot 2021 10 14 at 7.57.06 AM

With its premiere garnering more attention than either of 50 Cent’s previous TV series, BMF, which is a biopic of the Detroit-based drug empire Black Mafia Family led by notorious kingpin Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory and his brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory. Now, a rapper and former member of BMF wants to make sure that his real life character is portrayed in a positive light.

BMF’s premier artist during the Family’s heyday, Bleu DaVinci, has warned 50 and the show’s other producers that there will be consequences and repercussions if his character is depicted in a negative or demeaning way.

“The only thing I’m saying is that if they handle my name wrong, everybody already know I’m coming to see you,” Bleu DaVinci said. “So now, play with the s*** if you want. The f***** writers, the producers, the directors, the f***** executive producers — everybody. Y’all n***** play with my name, I’m telling y’all n***** right now! Y’all play with my name, it’s up. Period.”

DaVinci did not mention Fif or Big Meech’s son, who are both named as producers of the show.

Former BMF co-founder Dexter “Sosa” Hussey says that DaVinci cooperated with the feds during the BMF case. Bleu served five years in prison for drug trafficking and money laundering in relation to the BMF case.

Big Meech Denied Compassionate Release For A Third Time

Screen Shot 2021 02 12 at 10.17.47 AM

According to a report from AllHipHop, Black Mafia Family leader Demetrius “Big Meech” Flenory has been denied an early release for the third time yesterday when the United States Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit turned down Meech’s appeal for compassionate release.

Meech and his brother Terry “Southwest T” Flenory filed for early release at the beginning of the pandemic because of the greater possibility of catching the virus in prison. In may, Southwest T was granted an early release due to health conditions, but Meech’s request was denied. Southwest T had his sentence reduced to home confinement, which the circuit court asserted was not a compassionate release.

The court argued that Meech was in better health than his brother terry, who suffers from blindness and wears prescription compression socks.

Of course, as the leader of BMF, the court says that Meech’s release is too much of a risk to the safety of the public.

“None of the facts about Flenory’s brother (or his similarity to Flenory) changes any of the factors the court relied on: namely, protecting the public from further crimes, upholding the seriousness of the offense, promoting respect for the law, and deterring criminal conduct,” the judge wrote in a statement. “A court does not abuse its discretion by refusing to place sentencing disparity alone above the other factors. The district court did not misapply the law or rely on clearly erroneous facts in finding that Flenory did not show extraordinary or compelling circumstances.”

Meech’s release date is set for 2031.

Have My Money By Monday: 50 Demands Money From BMF’s Southwest-T Following Early Prison Release

As previously reported, Black Mafia Family co-founder Terry “Southwest T” Flenory has been released from prison today(May 5), however, 50 Cent has allegedly already made it public knowledge that Big Meech’s brother owes him money.

Now, according to federal inmate records, Flenory was scheduled for release in 2032, however, due to COVID-19 concerns, he was released today; a whopping twelve years early.

So who complaining? Definitely not Fif, who sees this as a perfect time to ask the 50 year old former drug lord for his bread back.

Mr. Jackson has been working on a BMF-based television show slated for Starz since last year. More details about that venture are not available at this time. TheSource.com will update that situation as it develops.
