“Power” actress Lela “Angela” Loren is still dealing with a tough loss. The Starz entertainer has reacted to the tragic on-set death of a crew member.
Lela went to Instagram Tuesday (December 11) to share some personal words about Pedro Jimenez‘s death.

According to reports, the tragic accident happened Monday morning in New York during season six production.
An early morning accident on the set of the sixth season of Power today has left a production assistant dead. Pedro Jimenez was fatally struck by a SUV at around 4:30 AM ET Monday while setting up parking cones for a Brooklyn location shoot for the Starz series. In the midst of the filming for the upcoming season of the Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson EP’d and Courtney Kemp created drama, Power has temporally shut down production. (Deadline)
Starz released a statement on the fatal accident.
“We are deeply saddened by the loss of one of the members of our ‘Power’ family,” a Starz spokesperson said in a statement. “Our thoughts are with Mr. Jimenez’ family as we work to fully understand what has happened.” (Statement)

On this “just another work day”, we all were & are faced with the harshest of realities that a wife has lost her husband, children their father & friends…..their beautiful hardworking GRACIOUS Pedro. As the QB of this show & as the face of the network, this has of course affected me. But as a person in communication & exchange of spirit as much as i was with good ole Pedro…i’m rocked. NO team ever imagines losing a teammate. Let alone like this.
