Jonathan Majors has an affinity for Coretta Scott King. The disgraced actor has used her name when describing his mates’ behavior, or lack thereof.
Previously, Majors stated his ex-lover, Grace Jabbari, should act more like King or Michelle Obama as he is a great man. During his Good Morning America interview, Majors revealed his new bae, Meagan Good, is his “Coretta.”
After backlash online and from Dr. Bernice King, the daughter of Dr. King and Coretta Scott King, Majors released a statement to TMZ:
“My intention was to convey the utmost respect for Coretta Scott King, her achievements, and both her personal legacy and the one she shares with her husband, Dr. Martin Luther King.”

He added that Coretta Scott King is “a great woman, a very important figure in American and world history, and someone both Meagan and I are inspired by and deeply admire.”
