NLE Choppa Claims He ‘Helped Cure’ Someone’s Cancer With Plant-Based Diet and Herbs

NLE Choppa Claims He 'Helped Cure' Someone's Cancer With Plant-Based Diet and Herbs

NLE Choppa took to Twitter to share some “major” news about his herbalist practices that helped a cancer patient.

The rapper claimed that he helped a cure a woman’s cancer with a plant-based diet and herbs.

“Wow man just was informed I helped cure someone from cancer. This Major To Me,” the rapper tweeted.

Choppa understands it’s hard for people to believe that an 18-year-old with no medical experience was able to cure something that has no alleged cure.

He broke down the “easy” process and included a personal testimonial about his uncle’s battle with diabetes.

“It’s funny cause some people think I’m lying, which is understandable but that’s nowhere near the case. Curing disease is simple, it takes a meatless, dairy free, sugar free diet. Implant herbs, Sea mosses, black seed, neem, and other herbs,” he continued. “My mugwort was included in her diet.”

“I don’t just sell this items to sell them. I know the impact and what they can do for the mind, body, and spirit,” he wrote. “’ve healed people of allergic reactions in my own house, helped Unc with diabetes, and now cancer. Beyond blessed we here to help and heal.”

Despite being met with criticism, NLE Choppa seems to be clear about who he is and the power of his influence. “I’m really a rapper and a herbalist. Only rapper to ever sale healing herbs to help they people and at the same time balance putting music out. That’s huge in my eyes and I feel it can be world changing,” he said.

Do you think NLE Choppa actually helped cure a woman’s cancer?

According to several confirmed reports, actor Dustin Diamond, who is known as “Screech” from the 90s sitcom Saved By The Bell, was hospitalized in Florida over the weekend and his medical team is afraid that it might be cancer ailing the veteran actor.

His doctors are running on a series of tests including a biopsy to find the issue, however, because of Diamond’s family history with cancer, they’re really concerned that might be the case for the Saved By The Bell star.

Diamond played the famous Screech character for four seasons but was not brought on board for the reboot of the sitcom on Peacock. None of his former cast members have heard from Diamond since the show’s relaunch.

Over the past 3 years, my 11 y.o. cousin, Elijah, has battled cancer with the utmost resilience. Elijah's physical fight is now complete, as he transitioned to heaven on Friday. He didn't leave this world without knowing how much he was loved though. Last weekend, Elijah got to "meet" 3 of his favorite artists — The Weeknd, J. Cole, & Drake. Incredibly grateful for these 3 super-humans being so caring for my family during this time. We’ll hold onto these moments forever. A special thank you to the angels, Kathryn & Krystal for helping make this happen in such a short time. Please lift Kiara, Elijah's mom, and the rest of the fam up in your thoughts & prayers. In a time where there seems like so much is out of our control, one thing that we all have the power to give + show others is LOVE. 2 Corinthians 5:8

Rep. John Lewis Shares Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer Diagnosis, Twitter Salutes Civil Rights Movement Legend

Voting Rights

Rep. John Lewis is, without a doubt, one of the most recognizable and respected members of Congress, and new about his health status has many rallying in support. Lewis shared that he is currently battling stage 4 pancreatic cancer and Twitter is joined in saluting the Civil Rights Movement legend.
In a prepared statement shared via his website, Lewis bravely accepted the challenges he faces ahead.

From Rep. Lewis:

“While I am clear-eyed about the prognosis, doctors have told me that recent medical advances have made this type of cancer treatable in many cases, that treatment options are no longer as debilitating as they once were, and that I have a fighting chance.

“So I have decided to do what I know to do and do what I have always done: I am going to fight it and keep fighting for the Beloved Community. We still have many bridges to cross.

The Georgia congressman who represents the state’s 5th District, which included most of Atlanta, has served in his post since January 1987.  Lewis is also the chair of the House Ways and Means Committee on Oversight. Before his time in politics, Lewis made his mark as one of the “Big Six” leadership core of organization heads and leaders during the height of the Civil Rights Movement, serving as the president of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee (SNCC).

Lewis became a part of activism lore after he suffered a fractured skull in the vicious “Bloody Sunday” melee when police attacked him and a group of peaceful protestors marching from Selma to Montgomery, Ala. Lewis made his first bid in politics in 1977, failing to secure the 5th congressional district seat that was vacated by outgoing Rep. Andrew Young, who went on to serve as an ambassador to the United Nations under Jimmy Carter.

After serving on the Atlanta City Council, Lewis won the 5th District seat after Rep. Wyche Fowler Jr. vacated the seat for a bid in the Senate. Lewis has enjoyed little opposition in holding his seat and has also run unopposed in the district.

Supporters on Twitter have shared their thoughts and adoration of Rep. John Lewis, and we’ve got them all listed below.

Beach Goth 2018

The Hip-Hop world is collectively gathered in mourning after the death of Geto Boys rapper, Bushwick Bill. The longtime member of the Houston group announced he was battling advanced cancer, which was so severe that the group called off their farewell tour that just booked weeks ago.

Born Richard Stephen Shaw in Kingston, Jamaica on December 8, 1966, Bushwick Bill came to America and the family settled in Brooklyn, New York before the rapper made his way to Houston and joined the Geto Boys in the late 1980s before embarking on a solo career in the early 1990s.  Known for his dwarfism, Bushwick Bill possessed a commanding, sometimes chilling vocal presence in the Geto Boys’ releases and his own work.

Back in May, Bushwick Bill revealed he was combating Stage 4 pancreatic cancer and the crew assembled a number of short dates to do a farewell tour. However, via an Instagram post, Brad “Scarface” Jordan shared that his rap partner succumbed to his disease.

The reactions on Twitter have been bubbling since the news went public and we’ve collected what we’ve seen thus far.

Rest Powerfully in Peace, Bushwick Bill.

UPDATE: Per TMZ, Bushwick Bill’s family and his publicist both said that the rapper is not dead but in a hospital, fighting to stay alive. Bill’s family claimed that some figures are hoping his father is dead in order to “capitalize off it.”

As this story develops, we will return with more updates if needed.

Real Housewife of Atlanta Star Nene Leakes’ Husband Gregg Announces He is Cancer Free

One of the most heartbreaking story-lines of this season’s Real Housewife of Atlanta was Gregg and Nene Leakes battle with cancer. According to a post on Nene’s instagram, Gregg is cancer free.

Her post reads:

“Look at God! We are over joyed to say, we saw the doctors for the results of Gregg’s Pet Scan he took last week! Test show, wait for it….. WE ARE CANCER FREE!!! Yes God! Now i can go give Gregg a black eye since so many thinks he’s abused #fuckcancer #fuckopinions #cancersurvivor #pushthrucaretakers #lifeoftheleakes”

Nene received a lot of pushback for not treating Gregg the way that “fans” and “friends,” thought that she should. However anyone who has dealt with this dreaded disease understands, there is no cookie cutter way to support someone who is sick. It is an answered prayer for so many.

If you haven’t sat around your living room television set yelling out answers during a broadcast of Jeopardy! then you’ve totally missed out. The longtime host of the show, Alex Trebek, announced this week that he is battling cancer but is gamely facing the disease and will continue the show.

In a prepared video issued via the show’s YouTube page, Trebek, 78, announced Wednesday (March 6) that he has stage IV pancreatic cancer. Typically, a diagnosis of that sort is considered a poor one but Trebek joked that he intends to fight the disease and that he just signed a contract extension that takes his job into 2022.

Trebek, who has appeared almost 8,000 times on the series since it was revived in 1984, is originally a native of Sudbury, Ontario. Before Jeopardy!, he was a newscaster for the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation before taking his talents to America in the early ’70s.

Check out Alex Trebek’s video announcement below. Get well, Mr. Trebek!

Roman Reigns Opens Up About Ongoing Battle With Leukemia: “I Will Beat This & I Will Be Back”

WWE's First-Ever Emmy "For Your Consideration" Event

Source: Sheri Determan/WENN

Pro-wrestler Leati Joseph Anoaʻi, more affectionately known as Roman Reigns, is relinquishing his claim to the WWE Universal Championship. Sadly, he has another battle to fight—leukemia.

Reigns announced on Monday that he’d been dealing with cancer for 11 years of his life and now, it’s returned. Kicking off WWE’s Monday Night Raw he said, “When I was 22 years old, I was diagnosed with this. And very quickly I was able to put it in remission. But I’m not going to lie, that was the hardest time in my life. I didn’t have a job, I didn’t have any money, I didn’t have a home and I had a baby on the way.”

He made it clear, however, that he plans on getting back in the ring soon. “I want to make one thing clear—by no means is this a retirement speech,” he said. “I will beat this and I will be back, so you will see me very very soon.”

Following Reign’s emotional announcement, John Cena and Mick Foley tweeted out words of support.

We are keeping Reigns in our prayers.
