Maybach Music Group leader Rick Ross is “this” close to dropping. The hip-hop veteran has updated fans on the status of his long-awaited Port of Miami 2 album.
Yung Renzel hit up Instagram Friday (November 9) to share a co-sign from Los Angeles Lakers’ LeBron James and promise the LP is nearing completion.

In May, Ross provided an album update and teased his new collabo would soon drop.
“I am putting the final touches on my new album called the Port of Miami 2,” Ross confirmed to Us. “You should be seeing the new single ‘Green Gucci Suit’ featuring Future. You should be seeing that real soon.” The hitmaker went on to say that he’s “pretty sure” he will address his health complications in his latest music efforts. (Us Weekly)
Last year, Rick Ross made headlines after officially announcing his album’s title.
“I mean, since you mentioned it, since it’s the 10th, I’m closing out the 10th with the 10th. My 10th album before I close out my 10th year it will be Port of Miami 2: Born To Kill. First time [announcing it] and it’s only right. Right here.” (103.5 The Beat)
