Rapper Rae Sremmurd’s stepdad, who raised the two of them since they were young, was shot dead in Mississippi last night and the duo’s younger brother has been arrested for the murder.
Tupelo, MS Police were called to a home where a man was dead from gunshot wounds on Monday night.
Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi’s younger brother Michael Sullivan is being called a person of interest in the crime is being held for a psychiatric evaluation.
62-year-old Floyd Sullivan was pronounced dead on the scene by paramedics. Sullivan raised Slim and Swae ever since the two were in junior high school and moved to Mississippi with their mother.
