No one wants Travis Scott to perform at Super Bowl 53.
A number of celebrities have expressed displeasure after headlines surfaced that Travis Scott’s would perform at Super Bowl 53. Jay-Z, Meek Mill, and many others have denounced their support of the NFL, due to the treatment of Colin Kaepernick. Sources say that Jay attempts to sincerely convince Travis Scott to back out of the performance, while Meek says the Astroworld artist does not need the NFL or Super Bowl for anything.

Well, Michael B Jordan and Al Sharpton have both chimed in, and they are not happy. The Creed superstar is remaining hopeful, that the headlines are just rumors.
“We’re still trying to stand behind something,” Jordan told TMZ. He is alluding to the support behind Colin Kaepernick. Scott’s potential Super Bowl performance will only be counterproductive to the progressive movement.
Al Sharpton flat out called Scott, 27, a hypocrite. “I think anyone that goes into the halftime show is in effect directly violating those that want to raise the question that the NFL should come to terms with what they have done an continue to do to Colin Kaepernick and those that protest on criminal justice issues,” said Sharpton.
After a successful year filled with a number one album, an ongoing tour that will continue in 2019 and Grammy nods, the “Sicko Mode” artist looks to capitalize with a Super Bowl performance, but it does not sit well with the culture. Travis has a decision to make. We’ll see if he stands for the culture, or does otherwise.
