New York rapper Ja Rule has some fire new music on the low-low. The hip-hop veteran has announced plans to drop a secret Kehlani collaboration once he reaches a million followers on social media.
Rule hit up Twitter Monday (October 8) and said a milli fans on either the digital giant or Instagram would motivate him to drop the song.

A few weeks ago, Ja Rule publicly went at rap rival 50 Cent following shade thrown his way.

The same day, 50 Cent trolled Rule by reenacting himn announcing a cancelled concert.
