Damian Lillard has been on a tear in 2019 playoffs.
It is without a question that Portland’s point guard hit the biggest shot of the 2019 playoffs. Upon entering the first round of the playoffs, the Blazers were perceived as underdogs. The Blazers quickly dispelled that belief after defeating the Oklahoma City Thunder in 5 games. The key matchup was Damian Lillard vs. Russell Westbrook. Lillard outplayed Westbrook by far. With all of the jarring back and forth between the two all-stars, Lillard had the last word with a silencing 37 foot three at the buzzer to win the series. He waved good-bye to the Thunder’s bench before his teammate tackled him to celebrate.

Now he is up against the Western Conference’s second-seeded, Denver Nuggets, heading back home down 3-2.
