A court case is not an issue if you are Cuba Gooding Jr. The famed actor celebrated his 52nd birthday and seemed to be carefree during the party.

TMZ spotted Gooding Jr. at Julien Roussel’s Casa Nightclub in St. Barths Thursday night where he would grab the microphone and perform Journey’s “Don’t Stop Believin’.”

Cuba’s celebration would spill over to a 1 OAK pop-up party, where he would dance to “Uptown Funk” and “In Da Club.”

In three weeks, Gooding Jr. will go to trial for sexual misconduct and is facing 6 misdemeanor charges including forcible touching and sexual abuse.
