Cardi B is going off the handle…and the grid.
The rapper has threatened to stop doing press and delete her social media accounts following an interview gone awry. While promoting Netflix’s new hip-hop competition series “Rhythm + Flow” on Thursday, she was interviewed by “Access Hollywood,” who asked her how she juggles motherhood with her career. Kulture’s mom accused the entertainment news outlet of cutting up the interview for “clickbait” to make her look like a “deadbeat” mom.
“Five hours that I could be in the studio is five hours that I gotta spend with my kid because it’s like, Yeah, it’s OK that your mom is gonna take care of her,” she told the interviewer. “Everybody could take care of your kid. You got the money for somebody to take care of your kid. But when you come back from that work and your kid really don’t wanna spend with you, they wanna hug your mom more than you or they calling your mom ‘Mommy,’ that’s [expletive].”

The interview was published under the headline: “Cardi Admits Baby Kulture Calls Someone Else ‘Mommy’ Because She Works So Much.”
After seeing her words twisted, an upset Cardi took to social media to defend herself. “Don’t play with my child that’s on period,” she tweeted. “I took time out my day to do a interview about a show so for people to ask me a question about motherhood then try to chop it up make look like a deadbeat got me hot cause I bend my backwards for my child.”
While on Instagram Live, she also said she would spit at “Access Hollywood” if she ever saw them again. “Don’t use my motherfuckin’ kid for clickbait, bitch,” said Bardi before adding, “Suck my whole dick. Suck a dick. I hope your fucking mom catch AIDS, bitch.”

Following the incident, Cardi said she will no longer be doing interviews. “AFTER TODAY I WILL NOT BE DOING NOMORE INTERVIEWS …what’s the point ? Ya want to get to learn artist just so ya chop shit up make them look crazy and use your words against you ?Im good !”
She also also vowed to delete her social accounts following her birthday on Oct. 11. “Acc After my bday ..I’m deleting my social media accounts for a while cause a bitch just OVER IT,” she tweeted.
She added, “You see I been workin my ass off doing my shit .I go out I do press run people took my kindness for weakness I felt violated I said how I felt now I am THE INDUSTRY WICKED WITCH AGAIN This is why I don’t be talking or socializing cause it always end up bad for Cardi !”
