New York rapper Cardi B officially has a smash with her “Please Me” collaboration. The hip-hop diva hit up social media this week with a reaction to the must-see visual securing over 100 million views.
On Monday, Cardi jumped on Instagram to geek out over the Bruno Mars video’s stats.

A few days ago, Cardi released a video statement defending a decision to trademark her signature “Okurrr” catchphrase.

Last week, buzz developed about Cardi going the legal route to trademark her signature expression.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Cardi, 26, made the major “money move” on March 11 for merchandising purposes. The New York rapper has plans to plaster the phrase on paper goods — such as cups and posters, according to The Blast. “Okurrr” will also be featured on a soon-to-be-released clothing like that features pants, shirts and hoodies. While the phrase only has three R’s, Cardi has also filed a trademark for a version with only 2 R’s, The Blast reported. (People)
