Cardi B went for the threepeat! The Invasion of Privacy rapper has become the first female rapper to top the Billboard Hot 100 chart three times. The latest entry to hit the top of the charts is the “Girls Like You” single from Maroon 5 featuring Cardi, replacing the long-running “In My Feelings” from Drake.
For Cardi, the latest entry to the number one slot follows singles from her debut album “I Like It” with J. Balvin and Bad Bunny that peaked earlier this summer and the breakout hit “Bodak Yellow.”
The run for Cardi B is far from over. With the BET Hip-Hop Awards on the way, the hitmaker can go home with a handful of awards. Congrats go out to cardi B on the win!
