Rap newcomer Blueface is making headlines for the wrong reasons. New reports claim the “Bust Down Thotiana” hitmaker faces years behind bars in a felony gun possession case.

According to reports, Blueface’s February 1 arrest on a gun possession charge could put him in jail for a multi-year stint.

He was arrested after LAPD rolled up on a large group of people he was hanging out with, causing everyone to scatter. Multiple people tried ditching their guns, but Blueface and two other men, were arrested. The charge is a felony and carries a maximum sentence of 3-years in prison. It also comes on the heels of another charge the rapper was given for a different possession of a firearm. (The Blast)

A few days ago, Blueface’s manager Wack 100 announced his new “Thotiana” remix video banked over 5 million views in its first 24 hours.

Last Saturday, the Cardi B-featured remix song and visual premiered online.

Cardi B has jumped on a remix of Blueface’s “Thotiana.” The single arrives with a Cole Bennett-directed video, featuring Cardi wearing rhinestoned, red paisely chaps and a matching cowboy hat. (Pitchfork)

Recently, Wack 100 announced fans could expect to hear Cardi on the song’s official remix.
