Almost Every Track From ‘Tha Carter V’ Lands in Billboard Hot 100

Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter V is sitting on top of the world right now coming in as the number one album on the Billboard 200 albums chart. However, this current run of Wayne is getting even stronger with 22 of the album’s 23 tracks taking over the Billboard Hot 100.

Not only does Weezy F. have almost his entire album in the Billboard Hot 100, but he also has placed four singles in the top 10, two of which cracking the top five making Wayne the first artist to ever debut two singles in the top five of the Hot 100 in history.

Of the top 10, the Kendrick Lamar-assisted “Mona Lisa” is slotted at #2, the XXXTentacion featured “Don’t Cry” is at #5. Also in the top 10 is “Uproar,” which will likely sky rocket due to popularity and the #UproarChallenge, while “Let It Fly” featuring Travis Scott hits the 10th slot. Billboard also states the achievement moves Weezy past JAY-Z on the list of most top 10 records by a rapper with 22, placing him behind Drake for second place.
