New York rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is reportedly singing the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth in a criminal case dating back to the near-fatal shooting of Chief Keef in 2018. New reports claim the hip-hop artist has named who he paid to take his rap rival out.

According to reports, 6ix9ine claims his friend Kintea ‘Kooda B’ McKenzie pulled the trigger in the June 2018 attack.

Additionally, he reportedly confirmed that he offered Kooda $20,000 to shoot Chief Keef, but ended up paying $10,000 after the two and 6ix9ine’s manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan met up to exchange the money. 21-year-old Kooda was arrested on Friday (Feb. 8), and is facing a maximum sentence of life in prison, with a mandatory minimum of ten years. He has been charged with assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of a racketeering conspiracy. (Billboard)

Back in late January, Kooda and two other 6ix9ine affiliates received indictments.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Kintea McKenzie, Anthony Ellison and Denard Butler have all been indicted in connection with crimes related to Tekashi. More specifically, we’re told McKenzie (aka Kooda B) was indicted right after Tekashi spoke with investigators and pinned him as the trigger man at the Keef shooting last June in Times Square. (TMZ)

A few days ago, rap star Meek Mill and 6ix9ine’s girlfriend Jade clashed over his decision to plead guilty on federal charges and agreeing to work with prosecutors.

Recently, 6ix9ine collaborator 50 Cent poked fun at the hip-hop artist’s legal nightmare with a savage meme.
