6ix9ine Names Jim Jones as a Member of Nine Trey Bloods

6ix9ine keeps naming names.

After testifying that Trippie Redd was a member of a rival gang, Tekashi has called out Jim Jones for his affiliation with the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods. He made the revelation while taking the stand during the third day of his trial in Manhattan federal court on Thursday.

“Who is Jim Jones?” the prosecutor asked, to which 69 responded, “He’s a retired rapper.”

The prosecutor then asked if the Dipset rapper was a member of the Nine Trey Bloods. “Yes,” replied 6ix9ine.

Prosecutors also played a phone call between Nine Trey godfather Mel Murda and Jones. “[6ix9ine] was never a gang member,” said Jones. “They going to have to violate shorty because shorty is on some bullshit.”

During Thursday’s trial, where 6ix9ine is testifying against two members of his former gang, Aljermiah “Nuke” Mack and Anthony “Harv” Ellison, prosecutors played the dash cam footage from the July 2018 kidnapping.

The video starts with a car crashing into the back of an SUV carrying Tekashi, who is seated in the front passenger seat. Two men try to force him him out of the vehicle, while 6ix9ine’s ex-bodyguard, Ellison, can be heard telling the rapper: “Give me your money” and “Get in the car. We gonna shoot you!”

Ellison put Tekashi into his car and drove off. Tekashi’s driver attempted to follow Ellison’s car for a few blocks, but eventually decided to seek help from the police. Ellison went to Tekashi’s home, where Tekashi’s girlfriend was seen handing him a bag of money and jewelry. Tekashi was eventually released after being pistol-whipped, which landed him in the hospital.

6ix9ine was facing a minimum of 47 years in prison, but it appears that he will be released at the beginning of next year in return for cooperating with the feds.
