New York rapper 50 Cent is keeping his eyes locked on Chicago’s finest. The hip-hop veteran has delivered a solid co-sign to rap artist G Herbo.

A few months ago, G dropped his now-infamous “Who Run It” freestyle video.
Back in March, Herbo made headlines after getting released from jail following a gun arrest.
Now, a representative for Wright confirms to Pitchfork that he has been released from jail. On the night of February 22, Wright and two other men were each allegedly “armed with a loaded firearm” when their car was stopped by police. According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Wright is due back in court [Friday]. (Pitchfork)
The same week, buzz developed over Herbo’s driver allegedly snitching on him to police and ultimately landing him in jail.
“The person who was driving him around actually tipped police off on the weapons that were in the car according to the driver and clearly the driver gives no f*cks about really spilling the beans. Basically the god d*mn driver told the cops, ‘Hey, hey, I’m seeing a lot of guns in the car so please pull us over and arrest these mofos.”
