Lil Xan has revealed that his recent hospital visit was due to eating “too many hot Cheetos”.

Yesterday, the rapper concerned fans by posting an image of himself in the back of an ambulance. Later, he streamed a message to his followers via Instagram Live, explaining that his hospital visit wasn’t a result of drugs.
