New Usher!

The R&B icon returns with a new duet featuring Ella Mai, which has hit the net prior to its official release. On “Don’t Waste My Time,” the two show off their flirty chemistry over the Jermaine Dupri-produced track.

“Girl, give me that good lovin’, no questions / Reach out and you touch me / Bad habits, don’t judge me / Just don’t waste my time,” sings Usher before Ella adds her sultry vibes. “Let’s be lovers and friends / Let’s rendezvous / Boy, I got plans for you.”

Usher has been in the studio working on a new album, a possible sequel to 2004’s Confessions. It will reportedly feature a reunion with his “Yeah!” and “Lovers and Friends” collaborators Lil Jon and Ludacris.

Usher hasn’t released a full project since 2016’s Hard II Love. In honor of his 40th birthday last year, he dropped A, his collaborative project with Zaytoven.

Meanwhile, Ella just earned another Grammy nomination for Best R&B Album for her self-titled debut.
