THIS HAPPND: As Game Gets X-Rated On Kim K, Donald Trump Ends Longest Gov’t Shutdown In US History

West Coast rapper Game has nearly as much attention on himself sexually referencing Kim Kardashian as President Donald Trump finally caving in and signing a short-term spending bill into law to temporarily ending the government shutdown.

According to reports, the huge decision went down Friday (January 25) after nearly 40 days of certain federal employees not getting paid to work.

President Donald Trump signed a short-term spending bill into law Friday night that does not include his requested $5.7 billion for a border wall. The White House announced late Friday that Trump had signed the measure, a three-week stopgap bill that will reopen shuttered parts of the government through February 15. The funding measure puts an end to the longest government shutdown in US history. (CNN)

Despite the perception, some reports claim Trump has low-key aimed to end the shutdown for the past few weeks.

In fact, despite his public hard-line stance, Trump has been quietly looking for a way out of the shutdown for weeks, according to White House aides. In recent days, the president has expressed frustration to allies about how the crisis was being covered on cable news, worrying that Democrats had won the upper hand, even before Friday’s dramatic airport delays. The government shutdown has sparked tons of hip-hop reactions from G-Unit’s Tony Yayo calling out the Trump administration to rap mogul Nas providing free meals to federal workers at his Sweet Chick restaurant.

As of Friday, the Federal Aviation Administration grounded flights heading to New York’s LaGuardia Airport as a result of the shutdown.

Citing safety concerns stemming from a shortage of air traffic control staff, the FAA’s decision to halt all incoming traffic to one of the country’s largest airports is a significant, if not altogether unexpected development as the government shutdown is expected to drag into its sixth week. Earlier this week the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, the Air Line Pilots Association, and Association of Flight Attendants-CWA issued a joint statement regarding their “growing concern for the safety and security of our members, our airlines, and the traveling public due to the government shutdown.” (Splinter News)
