Grizzly Touring has stated the postponement of the sold-out Rod Wave ‘Last Lap’ show in Los Angeles due to unforeseen production issues. The show has been rescheduled for Monday, October 28, 2024.
Additionally, the production issues have affected the entire tour schedule, including the Oakland show, which will also be postponed, with a new date to be announced soon. Grizzly Touring is working diligently to provide updated routing details for the rest of the tour and will share them as soon as possible.
“We understand how disappointing this is and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience,” the statement read.

Due to unexpected production issues beyond our control, we are deeply sorry to announce the postponement of tonight’s sold-out Rod Wave ‘Last Lap’ show in Los Angeles. The event has been rescheduled for Monday, October 28, 2024.
Unfortunately, these production issues have impacted the entire tour schedule, with Oakland being postponed as well – date to be announced. Updated routing details will be provided soon. We understand how disappointing this is and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
As you can imagine, Rod Wave was excited to see his fans and eager to perform, and is looking forward to hitting the stage on the upcoming dates. We greatly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

This Fall, AG Touring and Mammoth, Inc. proudly present the Rod Wave – Last Lap Tour. This large-scale multi-city outing will feature Rod Wave headlining 36 of North America’s top arenas coast-to-coast.
The tour will kick off on October 19 at Desert Diamond Arena in Phoenix, AZ visiting major markets across the country with special guests Moneybagg Yo, Toosii, Lil Poppa, Dess Dior and Eelmatic. Several reports have confirmed that Florida rapper Rod Wave was arrested today (April 3) for possession of ammunition (bullets) by a convicted felon.
Wave, whose real name is Rodarius Green, was taken into police custody in Manatee County, St. Petersburg, FL. His arrest was a part of an ongoing investigation, according to police. Green was charged with two counts of illegally possessing a firearm or ammunition as a convicted felon. Records show Green was still in custody Wednesday afternoon.
A subsequent news release announcing the news conference said St. Petersburg police Chief Anthony Holloway would “announce several major arrests in an on-going investigation.” The release said the department would not release details before the news conference.
TMZ reported Wednesday that Green’s attorneys disputed that he is a convicted felon.
Wave had previous legal woes. In 2022, he was arrested in Pinellas County on a domestic battery charge out of Osceola County that was later dropped. That same year, he made headlines for giving away $25,000 worth of free gas in St. Petersburg.
