According to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office, Lori Harvey, daughter of comedian/TV host Steve Harvey, has been officially charged in her Beverly Hills hit-and-run case.

Harvey has been charged with one count of resisting/delaying/obstructing a peace officer and one count of hit and run resulting in property damage. Both charges are misdemeanors.

As previously reported, Harvey crashed into another car and tried to leave the scene back in October. Future’s love interest tried to flee on foot, but was picked up by police. Witnesses told police that they saw Harvey texting before crashing into a black Prius. Fortunately, there were no serious injuries.

Harvey is scheduled to be arraigned later this month.
