New York rapper Dave East is big mad. The hip-hop star has announced a publicized threesome criminal case faded to black following weeks of bad press.

This week, the Harlem native came forward to update everyone concerned about his well-being and admitted the drama even impacted his acting career.

Yesterday, reports claimed the criminal situation had been resolved.

On Oct. 28, TMZ reported that the battery charges against Dave East were dismissed. Speaking to the celebrity news site, his attorney Stacey Richman said that because East took a test that confirmed he got a concussion during the altercation, the charges ended up being dismissed. (XXL Mag)

In September, details surfaced on the wild threesome criminal reports.

He was was in the middle of a threesome with two women when things took a violent turn. The Harlem rapper claims one of the women involved was upset that he wasn’t showing her enough attention and began tossing bottles and two of them made contact, leaving cuts on his arm and leg. On the other hand, the woman has another version claiming Dave started throwing punches and one struck her arm. When she called the cops she didn’t mention anything about throwing bottles but somehow he was injured. (The Source)
