Chris Brown Previews Drake Collaboration

Chris Brown and Drake link up.

During his 30th birthday party last night, the R&B superstar gave partygoers a taste of his highly-anticipated collaboration with Drizzy. While the lyrics are hard to make out, their vocals can be heard on the mid-tempo R&B track, which played during the party. Some guests recorded snippets and shared them on social media.

The former rivals squashed their beef and reunited on stage during Drake’s show at Staples Center in Los Angeles last October where Drake teased a potential collaboration. “I hope after this, I hope we can make some music together,” he told Breezy. “It’s long overdue, we need to do some shit.”

Drake was not in attendance during Brown’s 30th birthday bash at Sky High Sports in Woodland Hills, Calif. last night, which brought out T.I., Nelly, and O.T. Genasis. The party got so wild that one woman was rushed to the hospital over a possible drug overdose.

During Sunday night’s festivities, the birthday boy reportedly also announced a June 21 release date for Indigo. Earlier in the week, he revealed the album’s star-studded guest list including Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, G-Eazy, Tory Lanez, Tyga, H.E.R., Joyner Lucas, Gunna, and Juicy J.

Brown can also be heard on the Spanish remix to Eric Bellinger’s “Type a Way,” which was released in honor of Cinco De Mayo. A video has been shot and is expected to debut soon.
