Blue Side Park has been renamed after the late great rapper Mac Miller in his honor according to the Maps App. It is a playground in Pittsburgh called Frick Park. There weren’t any official announcements that were made, however, there was a Mac Miller account that had tweeted about it and pointed out on Google Maps.
It was even pulled up on the Yelp website. There is a petition going around to do a name change of the park but there are “strict rules” to do this.
After his death, visuals were held at the famed park in his honor and many fans gathered to pay respects.
