6ix9ine Arrest Warrant Issued Despite Tekashi Being In Federal Custody

New York rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine can’t catch a break – at all. A Houston judge has issued an arrest warrant for the jailed hip-hop star over a court appearance no-show.

According to reports, the drama stems from earlier this year when a teen accused 6ix9ine of putting his hands on him in an H-Town mall scuffle.

We’re told Tekashi had a hearing Thursday morning in Houston for his mall attack case. The judge was fully aware why Tekashi couldn’t make it — he’s in federal custody in NYC for more serious crimes — but the judge followed protocol and issued a bench warrant because he no-showed. The rapper and the kid, Santiago Albarran, ultimately made peace after the kid showed up for one of Tekashi’s hearing and made it clear he did NOT want Tekashi to be prosecuted. (TMZ)

Recently, reports emerged about federal prosecutors digging into a Chief Keef shooting in New York possibly involving 6ix9ine.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the shooting case — which has gone unsolved so far with the NYPD — is now under review with federal prosecutors, who are combing over the evidence to see if it might lead to any additional charges. We’re told the video TMZ posted of Tekashi saying he’s got a “30 pack” on Tadoe, with whom he’d just gotten off the phone, is a key piece of evidence the feds are looking at. And, remember, one of the guys who police say tailed Chief Keef prior to the shooting is a “known associate” with direct ties to Tekashi. (TMZ)

Back in September, 6ix9ine trolled Chief Keef following a home burglary.

A few months ago, Chief addressed nearly having his life taken away in New York and blamed it on his 6ix9ine feud.

“Yeah, I’m good,” the 22-year-old said by phone after rushing back home to Los Angeles. Keef, 22, whose given name is Keith Farrelle Cozart, told The Post he’s been feuding with 22-year-old Bushwick-born rival Tekashi 6ix9ine, whose given name is Daniel Hernandez. “It’s just beef between me and the rapper 6ix9ine,” the Chicago-born rapper claimed.
