Lil Xan Speaks On “NODA” Ahead of June 30th Release

image0

Hip-Hop Artist Lil Xan gears up for releasing his new single entitled “NODA,” which acts as his comeback track from a musical hiatus. Lil Xan reintroduces himself on a mildly acoustic and optimistic beat, showcasing how his emo and quietly mournful sound has evolved. The single serves as an introspective summer anthem and comes after his dedicated, personal journey into sobriety.

“NODA,” an acronym for ‘Not On Drugs Anymore,’ is Lil Xan’s self-aware announcement to fans of his sobriety. “ The fans are everything so I appreciate them letting me take that time off and being respectful. Now I’m ready to show out and give them what they want. ” says Lil Xan. Recently signed to CAA, the rapper is ready to establish a new connection with his fans. In “NODA” Lil Xan announces he is “climbing to the top” and wants everyone to know that for him “ getting to the top is getting enlightened, getting older, and more mature. It is about becoming a better person, a better human being.”

When asked about how this song will reflect his life now, Lil Xan admits, “A seed planted in possibly one of the saddest times in recent history for many people, me included. Now three years have passed since 2020 and that seed has grown into something beautiful, “NODA”. The next chapter of my life, the next chapter of my music, and most importantly, the next chapter of Xanarchy.”

“NODA” was produced by Kinfolk Jon X Purps and will be serviced to all pop, rhythmic, and urban stations. “NODA” will be available for streaming on all platforms June 30th. The comeback track will also be performed live for the first time at Lil Xan’s July 9th performance at 1720 in Los Angeles, CA.

[WATCH] Lil Xan Denies Snitching After Alleging Former Manager Gave Him Pills At Height Of His Addiction

Screen Shot 2022 01 03 at 4.52.58 AM

Redlands CA rapper Lil Xan has been very vocal about his prescription pill addiction and last week, he went as far as saying his dormer manager provided him with prescription pills when his substance abuse was at its worse. While some fans praised him for giving his testimony, while others labeled him a snitch for potentially outing his former manager Stat Quo.

Xan took to his IG Live to address the allegations of snitching, responding by saying that he cannot be a snitch because he isn’t affiliated with any gang.

“It’s like half are saying, ‘Yo, thank God you are spreading the word,’” he said. “And the other half is, ‘Oh, you’re a snitch now, bro. He didn’t make you do that.’ All this stuff. Like, bro, I’m not a gang banger.”

Xan said in his original You Tube video that he was considering taking Quo to court, saying, “He’s gonna act like he didn’t do that, like a fuckin’ hypocrite, and I’m really feeling like I should take him to court. Because that was a time I almost died from the drugs. I was so skinny, unhealthy.”

Lil Xan Accused Of Flexing Fake Richard Millie Watches

lilxan

Lil Xan‘s most recent attempt to stunt in the public eye might have backfired against him. This follows an Instagram story post showing two Richard Millie’s also tagging the famous designer. Fake Watch Busters a popular watch blog with a network size of 700,000 followers immediately called out Lil Xan, the blog claimed the watches are fake.

The caption read, “@xanxiety in our opinion you’re wearing two fake Richard Mille,” the account captioned the photo. “The RM035-01 Rafa Nadal looks fake as well. A genuine RM11-03 Carbon NTPT worth approx 560K+ USD. A genuine RM035-01 worth approx 500k+ USD.”

In the Hip Hop community, the Richard Millie watch is used as a status symbol of wealth. A Blog To Watch, in 2017 stated the popular watches start with a price tag of $80,000 and can range all the way to a few million dollars. In September the Fake Watch Buster account was quick to call out Lil Baby after he allegedly purchased a fraudulent Patek Phillipe watch for $400,000. Lil Baby eventually received a public apology after blasting the jeweler that sold him the fake watch and also some free jewelry.

We are yet to know if Lil Xan knew the watches were real or fake. Many have fallen victim to fake jewelry in the music industry, but Lil Xan is yet to make a response on the matter.

Lil Xan Sued For Pulling Out Gun On Man in Altercation Over 2Pac

Lil Xan

According to a report from TMZ, Lil Xan is being sued by the man who he drew a gun on over an argument about cultural icon Tupac Shakur last year.

According to the legal documents, Anthony Sanchez is taking Xan to court for pulling out a gun on him at a Los Angeles 7-Eleven after he simply asked Xan, whose real name is Nicholas Leanos, about a comment he made about Tupac Shakur’s music.

Sanchez said that Xan almost immediately pulled the gun on him, making Sanchez back away from the rapper, but at that time Sanchez began recording the incident.

The video shows Sanchez calling Xan a “bitch” before he pulls out the gun, but according to the lawsuit, Xan threw a cup out of the window as he pulled off, hitting Sanchez.

Sanchez is pressing charges against Xan for assault and battery as well as suing the rapper for emotional distress.

Xan claims he pulled the gun out to protect himself. No one from his camp has responded publicly about the lawsuit.

Lil Xan Receives Medical Attention After Panic Attack

According to reports, Lil Xan was hospitalized last weekend after having both hallucinations and a panic attack. Xan’s mom ultimately called an ambulance to come save her son’s life.

He was rushed to the hospital by ambulance Sunday while at his mom’s house in, of all places, Corona, CA. He’s been quarantining there with her, and she’s the one who called 9-1-1 after seeing Xan hallucinating so badly it was freaking her out. Xan says doctors told him he’d suffered a panic attack, but he doesn’t remember much of the episode. As for what might’ve triggered it … he says he feels it was caused by anxiety he’s been feeling while cooped up inside. He says he’s been in and out of hospitals over anxiety issues for years, but this is the first time it’s happened since the coronavirus pandemic hit … and it was the worst one. (TMZ)

Wait, There’s More

Back in 2018, the rapper checked into rehab for opioid addiction.

As for why it took until now for Xan to check into rehab — after announcing his intentions back on November 15 — we’re told the facility where he was supposed to check himself in had a mix-up with patients staying longer than initially anticipated. The small hiccup has now been resolved … allowing Xan to check himself in. (TMZ)

Before You Go

The overdose deaths of Mac Miller and Lil Peep reportedly played a key role in his past rehab decision. Both of the deceased rappers discussed mental health topics such as anxiety and depression in much of their music.

The 22-year-old cloud rapper was inspired to seek treatment after seeing two of his contemporaries, Mac Miller and Lil Peep, die of an opioid overdose. Lil Xan, whose stage name is derived from the prescription drug Xanax, has been open about his struggles with opiates and benzodiazepines. “In the beginning of 2017 I had my own demons with the drug Xanax,” he said in an interview earlier this year. “It got out of hand so I wanted to make a movement, Xanarchy, about just nothing but anti-Xan use and that’s what I’m really trying to promote in ‘Betrayed.’” (Consequence of Sound)

Lil Xan Rushed to Hospital Due to Quarantine-Induced Panic Attack

According to a report from TMZ, Cali-based rapper Lil Xan was rushed to the hospital after having a panic attack due to being quarantined at home with his mother.

Sunday(April 19), Xan’s mom called 911 after the Redlands rapper began hallucinating so bad, that it scared her, but Xan says that he doesn’t remember much of the episode at all. He says he’s used to going to the hospital for his anxiety attacks, but a hospital visit during the Coronavirus pandemic was a little bit too much for him to handle.

Xan has been holding it down during his quarantine with his mother in Corona, California(no, really), staying at home, but has been thirsty to get back in the studio and on the road. The pandemic has shut down all concert and festival circuits since the country-wide lockdown, which has put most artists out of work for the duration of the quarantine.

Narvo ft. $teven Cannon – “Gimme Head”

Trippie Redd co-signs NARVO isn’t a city boy but has a suggestive response for the women of Hot Girl Summer with a debut single titled, “Gimmie Head”. A 2019 version of 2 Live Crew’s “Hey We Want Some Pussy”, the soon-to-be hit is joined by popular new artist $teven Cannon (Lil Xan). On the track, the two stars tag-team a couple thots while blue faces fall and their diamonds dancing to the sloppy toppy. Raunchy, explicit, and catchy, ironically enough, “Gimmie Head” will be a song that both boys and girls will favorite.
