Katt Williams Says Harvey Weinstein Offered Him Oral Sex

Katt Williams had a lot to talk about during his visit to Shannon Sharpe’s Club Shay Shay. While speaking against Rickey Smiley, Cedric the Entertainer, Steve Harvey and more, Katt Williams revealed why he isn’t fearful of being blackballed.

“These people are not powerful,” Williams said. “Satan cannot create anything, including blessings for his people. You know the No. 1 job of someone who sold their soul in Hollywood is? Act like it didn’t happen.

“It’s a consortium. They rock with who they rock with and they don’t with who they don’t. But I’m not scared of being the competition. On paper they are a better team. They have all the assets and resources they don’t. But let’s get on the line and see if that factors in. I guarantee that it don’t.”

He would go on to add, “They canceled me for talking about Harvey Weinstein before the thing came out. But he offered to suck my penis in front of all my people at my agency.”

You can hear it all from Williams below.

Judge Orders Unsealing Of Documents Linking Over 150 Names To Jeffrey Epstein’s Associates

Jeffrey Epstein

Jeffrey Epstein, the notorious figure who allegedly operated a child sex trafficking ring, is making headlines once again. It has been recently reported that a federal judge has ordered the unsealing of court documents that will expose the names of those who were associated with Epstein.

Exposed

In a groundbreaking move, a federal judge in New York has ordered the unsealing of court documents that will expose the names of over 150 individuals associated with Epstein.

The court documents set to be unsealed are part of a settled civil lawsuit that accuses Epstein’s former partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, of facilitating the sexual abuse of Virginia Giuffre. According to ABC News, Judge Loretta Preska‘s ruling paves the way for the release of these files on January 1, giving individuals an opportunity to object if they wish to keep their names out of the public domain.

However, the ruling also highlights that those who have previously given media interviews should not expect their names to remain private. The impending release of the court documents has caused significant speculation and discussion on social media platforms. One user named @siasonlyfans wrote:

“I hope they actually do and that they aren’t censored. I do however believe that in order to run an operation such as this island you would need unsuspecting guests to make it look legit. I guess if we are seeing return visits that’s going to be a red flag.”

Epstein Conspiracies

It is worth noting that prior to this latest development, various conspiracies surfaced following Epstein’s death by suicide in 2019.

Although a fake lawsuit purportedly containing names of hip-hop and R&B personalities circulated online in 2021, it was subsequently debunked. Names like Lil Wayne, Kanye West, and R. Kelly were falsely linked to the lawsuit.

The court documents are anticipated to shed light on Epstein’s sex trafficking activities in various locations, including New York, New Mexico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. While it remains unclear why certain individuals are associated with the lawsuit, the unsealed files are expected to expose connections through depositions, emails, and legal documents.

Ghislaine Maxwell

As the world awaits the unsealing of documents linking individuals to Jeffrey Epstein’s associates, the scrutiny of Epstein’s network has intensified.

Ghislaine Maxwell, a long-time associate of Epstein, is currently serving a 20-year prison sentence for charges related to sex trafficking and procuring girls for Epstein. In February, Maxwell sought to overturn her conviction and sentence.

Jeffrey Epstein Lawsuit Implicating Beyonce, Jay-Z, Lil Wayne, And More Gets Debunked

Since the death of Jeffery Epstein, many conspiracies have been floating around regarding his life. An alleged lawsuit against Epstein that contained the names of many hip-hop and R&B stars that started circulating on the internet has since been debunked.

Roc Nation, Young Money And Other Major Names Implicated In Debunked Epstein Lawsuit

A long list of alleged co-conspirators of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein’s has been floating around social media and on it are some of the music industry’s top names.

Names mentioned in the fake 2020 lawsuit are Lil Wayne, Beyonce, Virgil Abloh, R. Kelly, and Kanye West along with Jay-Z and Kanye’s music labels Roc Nation and G.O.O.D Entertainment

The false lawsuit, which was sloppily written and contains misspellings, typos, and misinformation,  has since been outed as a hoax and was thrown out of the court, per the fact-checking website, LeadStories.

Screen Shot 2021 07 21 at 7.24.41 AM

According to a report from TMZ, disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein has been extradited to L.A. to face indictments for more sexual assault charges.

Weinstein has been indicted for eleven charges stemming from sexual assault allegations from five different women. The 69-year-old former film producer has already been convicted of rape in New York and is sentenced to 23 years in prison, but now has to face charges on the West Coast.

Weinstein’s attorney Mark Werksman said the producer’s legal team was given notice that Weinstein was being extradited on Tuesday and that his flight was going nonstop to L.A. so that he can possibly make his Wednesday court appearance. His lawyers attempted to stop the extradition, but the District Attorney in Los Angeles did not want to wait for a judge ruling in New York in that matter.

TheSource.com will update this story as details develop.

Harvey Weinstein’s Victims Settled for $19M Payout

Harvey Weinstein is Heading Back to the Slammer Following Health Scare

The victims of convicted rapist Harvey Weinstein are set to receive a portion of a $19 million payout. The women were sexually abused and harassed by Weinstein while working for his production company.

The settlement is part of a deal negotiated by the New York state attorney general’s office in its class-action lawsuit against The Weinstein Company. Former employees of the production company who “experienced a hostile work environment, sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination” are eligible for part of the compensation fund, according to a press release from New York Attorney General Letitia James’ office.

The agreement still needs to be approved by the district court presiding over the case. In addition to the payout, the AG’s office said the agreement will end any confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements Weinstein’s victims signed with the company of any of its former reps. The AG’s office filed the suit against Weinstein, his brother Bob Weinstein and the film production company in February 2018.

The suit accused Weinstein and his ex-business-partner/brother of violating numerous state codes against sexual harassment, intimidation, and other workplace safety protections. According to the AG’S office, there was a vast amount of complaints filed with human resources that never saw the light of day.

For years, assistants working for Weinstein “were exposed to and required to facilitate” sexual encounters for him “as a condition of employment,” the office has stated. “Harvey Weinstein and The Weinstein Company failed their female employees,” James said in a statement. “After all the harassment, threats, and discrimination, these survivors are finally receiving some justice.”

The disgraced movie mogul was sentenced to 23 years in prison in March after a Manhattan jury found him guilty of forcibly performing oral sex on former Project Runway staffer Miriam “Mimi” Haleyi in 2006 and raping hairstylist Jessica Mann in 2013.

The scandal gained notoriety and fueled the #MeToo Movement even inspiring an episode of Law & Order SVU.

Harvey Weinstein Accused of Raping 17-Year-Old Girl in New Lawsuit

Harvey Weinstein Accused of Raping 17-Year-Old Girl in New Lawsuit

Harvey Weinstein was recently sentenced to 23 years in prison for sexual assault against former employees and other women that he’s either worked with or was in his circle. Now today four Jane Doe’s are currently suing him.

It was a big moment in the #MeToo movement that he was brought to trial and convicted. The Hollywood executive was accused by numerous women in the entertainment industry and now more women are feeling courageous and speaking up.

According to Vulture, one of the women was “approximately seventeen years old” when she was sexually abused by Weinstein. Jane Doe who is now 43, states that when she was seventeen, Weinstein falsely imprisoned, sexually assaulted, sexually battered, and raped her.

Through the sexual assault lawsuit, all four women have chosen to remain anonymous most likely to keep their names out of the tabloids and to protect themselves, family, and loved ones.

Another Jane Doe shares that she was just getting into the entertainment business when a friend suggested that she meet up with Weinstein. Days passed, Harvey picked the girl up and took her to his hotel and this is where she found the producer damn near naked. The anonymous woman claimed it was a business meeting in the lawsuit, but she had to keep her cool because she had no way to get home.

During the brief conversation between the two, the plaintiff states that Weinstein demanded her to perform oral sex on him for a job opportunity. He backed the lady in the corner and forced her to remove her clothes. Once he was stimulated, Harvey proceeded to rape her until he ejaculated.

According to the claim, Weinstein’s brother, Robert Weinstein, knew about what was going on but failed to report any of the crimes that were going on. Robert’s lawyer issued a statement saying that Robert is not supposed to be responsible for his brother’s actions and should not be held accountable.

We’ll see what happens next.

Rowena Chiu Breaks NDA to Detail Sexual Harassment From Harvey Weinstein

Rowena Chiu Breaks NDA to Detail Sexual Harassment From Harvey Weinstein

The skeletons are starting to come out of the closet.

Harvey Weinstein’s former assistant is speaking out despite inking a non-disclosure agreement, claiming that she doesn’t care to tell the world about her experience dealing with Harvey’s sexual harassment.

Rowena was not able to do an in-person but was able to still tell her story from her home in California in her recent interview with Variety.

A New York jury found Harvey Weinstein guilty of sexually assaulting a former production assistant and raping a former aspiring actress. He was sentenced to 23 years in prison. On March 11, he was taken to Rikers Island. Then a week later, he was transferred to Wende Correctional Facility, a maximum-security prison in upstate New York.

But it isn’t going to be easy to speak freely about the situation, the now stay-at-home mom states that there is a “risk” and that Chiu can be sued at any time. But she is continually working with the NDA’s in the U.K. in changing the legislation of the laws where she was living at the time and worked for the company Miramax.

“NDAs should be banned as a tool to cover up sexual harassment, unequivocally,” Rowena said of the laws currently supporting the NDAs. She continued saying “If you rape someone, that’s a reportable crime. To say, I’m going to have you sign a legal document, so that you can’t go to the police or lawyers to discuss what happened to you, that’s just plain wrong.”

Rowena explained that she doesn’t hold Harvey accountable for alleged actions, but the “system that enables this behavior.” She has been traumatized and recalls the day being pushed onto a bed and having her tights being ripped off.

During the 90s, Rowena revealed that while coming to terms in agreement with NDA, his legal team tried to force her to turn over “a list of names and addresses of our friends and family.” Trying to renegotiate for a better clause in the contract she feared that her loved ones would be in danger she gave in.

“I thought Harvey would hire people to go around to my boyfriend’s apartment or my poor parents and there would be black vans sitting outside their home,” she says.

Chiu is now working towards preventing mostly women and men from experiencing the same experience that she went through. She hopes that “This is just the beginning of what we hope to see as a long-term societal, cultural change.”

Weinstein’s legal team denies any and all accusations of nonconsensual sexual encounters. A rep for the disgraced producer recently told Variety, “Harvey had always respected Ms. Chiu and treated her as a close and trusted friend. He only has feelings and fondness for her…He always hopes for her best and still wishes her only joy and happiness.”

Harvey Weinstein Tests Positive for Coronavirus While Locked Up in NY State Prison

Disgraced Hollywood film producer, Harvey Weinstein, has tested positive for COVID-19 while in a NY state prison. Weinstein is currently serving a 23-year sentence after being found guilty for rape and sexual assault.

Weinstein, who turned 68 last Thursday, was transferred to Wende Correctional Facility near Buffalo, NY earlier this week. Officials say that Weinstein is among two people who tested positive for the virus at the state prison. He is currently being held in isolation.

Officials believe that Weinstein was positive for the virus when he entered the state prison on March 18, after being held in Rikers Island. During his trial, Weinstein was held at Rikers Island and was treated for high blood pressure and chest pains.

Michael Powers, the president of the New York State Correctional Officers and Police Benevolent Association (NYSCOPBA), said that he could not comment on Weinstein’s medical record due to privacy rules. However, he urged state correctional facilities to suspend all “non-essential” transfers of inmates as well as local jail inmates to state facilities.

A spokesperson for Weinstein stated that “our team… has not heard anything like that yet.” They also could not confirm whether he was in isolation.
