Ryan Reynolds Announces DEADPOOL 3 Is Officially Happening + The Internet Can’t Wait

Deadpool 2 Movie Scene

Hollywood superstar Ryan Reynolds just gave everyone something to get extra excited about as 2019 begins to fade away. The popular actor has announced plans to release another Deadpool movie.

This week, Reynolds broke the massive news to fans during a televised interview and said the project is still in the early stages.

“Yeah we’re working on it right now with the whole team. We’re over at Marvel [Studios] now, which is like the big leagues all of a sudden. It’s kinda crazy. So yeah, we’re working on it.” (“Live With Kelly & Ryan”)

One of the film’s writers recently teased fans about a much-needed follow-up to 2018’s Deadpool 2.

couple of months ago, the film’s co-writer Paul Wernick said that, while a lot remains to be sorted, he and Rhett Reese were just waiting for Marvel bosses to tell them when. Speaking to Den of Geek, Paul said: “We’re just waiting for the word from on high. “There’s a lot to be sorted out, like how Deadpool fits into the Marvel Universe with the other characters of the MCU. Then it’s, do the X-Men get in there at some point? Fantastic Four? There’s a lot to be sorted out and I think we’re all getting a much needed rest from Deadpool – Ryan and us and everybody.” (LAD Bible)

There’s already speculation about whether or not Deadpool 3 will remain in the R-rated category.

How Deadpool will fit into the MCU, and whether or not it will still be an R-rated affair, are still lingering questions of course, but a few months back co-writer Paul Wernick said Marvel had given them permission to continue making R-rated films for the Deadpool franchise. Around this same time, Reynolds posted an image of his visit to Marvel Studios, which had fans speculating about Deadpool 3 meetings. (IGN)

The Deadpool 3 buzz has already ignited reactions across social media.

Vic Mensa Says Hip-Hop Needs to Take Responsibility for Glorifying Drugs

Vic Mensa says hip-hop’s glorification of drugs is to blame for Juice WRLD’s death.

The Chicago rapper believes his peers are doing serious harm with their lyrics that promote lean, Percocet, and Xanax abuse. In an interview with TMZ, the Roc Nation signee spoke out about the rampant drug references in rap.

“I think as members of the hip-hop community, we need to take responsibility for the things that we say,” said Vic. “We need to recognize that the shit that we talk about influences children and so when we steady pushin’ a message of lean and Percocets and Xans, we are polluting the minds of the youth. We have a responsibility to give it to ’em in a real way.”

He added, “Not to say you can’t talk about your life and the things that are happening, but I think we need to start holding each other and ourselves accountable for our glorification of the drug culture, 100 percent.”

Vic, who’s been open about his past addiction, says hip-hop needs to take accountability. “You gotta be careful about what you say because kids take what you say for real. They take it as the gospel. So give ’em something they can use, not shit that’s killin’ them.”

He paid respects to Juice and said hip-hop is “much to blame for it.” Vic also revealed that he himself has come close to death. “I’ve been through the drug addiction in a major way and that shit gives you perspective to be like, man, I have a responsibility to talk about mental health, to give that in a real way to the people listening to my music.”

Juice WRLD died on Dec. 2 after allegedly overdosing on Percocet pills and suffering a fatal seizure following a flight to Chicago. Feds seized 70 pounds of weed and bottles of codeine from his private plane.

During his recent performance at Rolling Loud, Lil Pump dropped “Drug Addicts” from his set list and instead paid tribute to Juice with a performance of “Lucid Dreams.”

In the wake of his death, Trippie Redd has vowed to quit drugs and has encouraged his peers to do the same. “Everybody need to use this time as a wake-up call. If it ain’t weed, we ain’t doing it no more, period,” he said. “If it ain’t weed, we ain’t doing it no more. When I say we, I say us as a group, us as a whole, the whole emo music artists. No drugs.”

Vic Mensa Blames Rap For Taking Juice WRLD’s Life: “The S**t We Talk About Influences Children”

Vic Mensa

Chicago rapper Vic Mensa is pointing the finger at our culture for contributing to Juice WRLD‘s recent death. The hip-hop entertainer has shared his two cents on the fellow Chi-town native’s tragic passing.

In a new interview, Mensa said hip-hop entertainers have to start realizing the impact their music plays on the youth.

“I think that, as members of the hip-hop community, we need to take responsibility for the things that we say. We need to recognize that the sh*t we talk about influences children. So when we are steady pushing a message of lean and Percocets and Xans, we are polluting the minds of the youth. We have a responsibility to give it to them in a real way. Not to say that you can’t talk about your real life and the things that are happening but I think that we need to start holding each other and ourselves accountable for our glorification of the drug culture, 100 percent. That’s just what it is. Anything else, that’s parasitic to our people to just act like this is the sh*t to be on lean all the time.” (TMZ)

Ahead of Christmas, Atlanta rapper Young Thug released his new “Die Today” in Juice’s memory.

Earlier this month, Thugger shared a tribute post acknowledging Juice’s life.

The same week, Juice’s mom issued a statement acknowledging his addiction to prescription drugs.

Tiffany Haddish Defends Blueface Making it Rain on Homeless at Skid Row

Blueface recently went viral for making it rain on the homeless at Skid Row, and received some backlash for it. However, Tiffany Haddish didn’t see anything wrong in his actions.

In a quick interview with TMZ the comedian said critics wouldn’t understand because they don’t come from the same background as the rapper.

“Those people who say it’s dehumanizing or degrading haven’t lived in the ‘hood,” Haddish said. “I’m from South Central, Los Angeles and I’ve been around a lot of gangbangers, dope dealers, things like that… For my entire life, I have known a lot of men with money that are affiliated to jump on top of their best vehicle and make it rain on everybody… It’s not unusual. Actually, from my experience, it’s traditional.”

A lot of people thought the “Thotiana” rapper’s actions were degrading to the homeless, when he could’ve handed it to them or organized a charity event with his team.

Vic Mensa Puts The Blame Of Juice WRLD’s Death On Hip-Hop

Source: WENN/Avalon / WENN

Vic Mensa has often used his platform to speak his mind on a variety of issues, and he’s done so once again this week. Mensa put some of the blame on Hip-Hop’s tendency to promote the hard drugs and fast living lifestyle for the death of Juice WRLD.

TMZ caught up with Mensa in West Hollywood after he was leaving a restaurant, and he didn’t hold his tongue just as he’s done in times past. In speaking about his fellow Chicago artist in Juice WRLD, Mensa expressed anger at the current sound of Hip-Hop and its emphasis on getting high and partying.

From TMZ:

We got Vic out at Delilah in WeHo and wanted his take on Lil Pump dropping “Drug Addicts” from his setlist at L.A.’s Rolling Loud Festival … and instead opting for a tribute with Juice’s hit single, “Lucid Dreams.”

Vic gave a nod to Pump for the gesture, but he added hip-hop needs to take responsibility for Juice WRLD’s death. He pulls no punches, saying rap lyrics glorifying drugs sends a dangerous message to fans … especially young ones.

As the outlet notes, Mensa himself has struggled with substance abuse and depression, candidly expressing how he once went on bad acid trips and the like before getting clean. He also began a nonprofit foundation, SaveMoneySaveLife, which focuses its efforts on aiding and guiding the lives of young people in Chicago.

Over the summer, Mensa’s foundation was reportedly in jeopardy of losing its office space due to the artist’s stirring “Camp America” video.

Jon B Admits to Being Attracted to 16-Year-Old Beyonce

Jon B is under fire for comments he made about a then-16-year-old Beyonce in a resurfaced interview.

“My first major tour was with Destiny’s Child as the opening act for me and Jagged Edge as the opening act,” he said. “So, we’re all labelmates and we’re all going to the radio stations to promote our records together all as a unit. I love that, because we don’t do that anymore. You think about it, it was Beyonce in the beginning of her career, so I was looking at a little 16, 17-year-old Beyoncé just like [wide-eyed and mouth open],” he said as he laughed.

He continued laughing knowing how crazy it sounded. . “I’m sorry but…’cause I’m a grown man at the time, it’s kinda wrong, but you know. You already know,” he added with a finger point. “It was awesome to be able to like, come up on the side of the stage while they’re performing, Destiny’s Child was doing the…back then it was ‘Bills, Bills, Bills’ and all these records and just watching them do their thing then come off the stage and be like ‘Yay, that was really good. Kill it Jon!’ Beyoncé telling me to kill it. That’d be huge now. If I could open up for Beyoncé now. Switch it around. It’s definitely something fun to look back at.”

The Beyhive was upset that Jon B openly admitted to being attracted to a minor, especially since Matthew Knowles claimed Jagged Edge sexually harassed his daughter and Kelly Rowland.

A lot of people think he shared TMI in the interview, meanwhile, others argued that she was an attractive young lady. What are your thoughts?
