Divorces can be sticky. Especially when there are children involved. Martin star, Tisha Campbell-Martin says that her ex-husband Duane Martin hasn’t been following the verbal custody deal the two had set up, now she wants a judge to assign documentation.
According to documents obtained by TMZ, she says Duane will often not respond to her nor cooperate on previously agreed upon swap times for the kids. She also added that he threatens to keep their sons beyond his allotted parental time.
Although the ex-couple has 50/50 custody, Tisha is asking a judge too but it the custody deal in writing with an alternating weekly schedule and a natural exchange location like a police station.
The pair divorced earlier this year after more than 20 years of marriage. The couple shares two sons, Ezekiel, and Xen Martin.
