Tekashi 6ix9ine is just a victim, allegedly. Per his lawyer, the notorious troll rapper is being overcharged due to his celebrity.

Reports Page Six:

A lawyer for rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine ripped Brooklyn prosecutors Tuesday, saying his client was being overcharged because he’s a celebrity.

“Any other citizen, any other human being, would have been given a desk appearance ticket,” attorney Lance Lazzaro raged as 6ix9ine slouched next to him chewing gum.

The rainbow-haired “Gummo” singer was arrested on July 11 at JFK on an outstanding warrant for driving with a suspended license — and then slapped with menacing and other charges for allegedly squeezing an officer’s hand too tightly.

Lazzaro said instead of a DAT, which would typically be offered for a traffic violation, his client was thrown cuffed in a cell for 24 hours.

“And he’s alleged, while his hands are behind his back, to have assaulted an officer,” the attorney complained.

Think Tekashi’s lawyer follows his Instagram?

The entertainer, real name Daniel Hernandez, arrived at court Tuesday surrounded by his crew, who circled him in the halls of the courthouse to shield him from potential fans.

The 22-year-old didn’t even have to slum it in the gallery as he waited for his case to be called, and was instead escorted inside by his clique and a gaggle of court officers directly into the well.

6ix9ine, his hair in tight braids, remained silent as his lawyer addressed the court.

During his appearance last week, the defense team said they might consider a plea deal, but Lazzaro Tuesday told the Post it was totally “off the table” unless prosecutors came to their senses.

Lately it seems like Tekashi has been spending as much time in court as he has been on stage.
