Tekashi 6ix9ine Issued Legal Warning from MTA Booking Following Breakfast Club Interview

When it rains it pours. Tekashi 6ix9ine is currently in Brooklyn Metropolitan Detention Center and facing life in prison. Outside the confinement of prison, it isn’t working well for the “FEFE” rapper either. He is now being threatened with a lawsuit from MTA Booking, the company that he blasted during his latest visit to The Breakfast Club.

TMZ reports MTA is highly unsatisfied with the claims stated on the Power 105.1 staple and referred to them as “malicious” and “defamatory.” However, it’s not all bleak for Tekashi that case. Currently, MTA has only given a cease and desist, requesting an apology and a retraction. If that is not granted, then it will be taken to a lawsuit.

Recent news stated Tekashi offered cash to exit jail as a bail, however, MTA states that is their cash too. Any chance that can be used to free the rapper seems unlikely.
