MUSIC FRIDAYS| Tory Lanez, Pop Smoke and DaBaby Have New Music Ready to Heat Up the Winter

The groundhog did not see his shadow, and while we are not that keen on superstition, we might have to believe him on this one. The weather is unseasonably warm. Sure, you can say that’s because of the deteriorating ozone layer and global warming— That really is a thing.

But we think there might be another reason.

According to The Source’s MUSIC FRIDAYS, there are other reasons why this winter is unusually warm. Some of your favorite artists are out here throwing flames all over the place and this week there are some fire spitters that we want you to be all the way up on them.

The Source’s MUSIC FRIDAYS presents new releases from your favorite artists.

Check Tahiry out in her Up in The Source interview where she talks about her epic return to the Love and Hip-Hop franchise, how she has dealt with depression and mental health, her love life (tune into the show to see if Joe Budden is included in that) and what’s next for the John Jay grad.

She also breaks down what hustle is to her and what is it about her that makes women relate to her so completely.

Source Report: Tekashi 6ix9ine Releases “Dummy Boy” Album From Jail

Today’s Source Report looks at how Tekashi 6ix9ine released his new album, Dummy Boy from jail. The rainbow-colored hair rapper is currently locked up and says that he misses his fans. The album officially dropped on all platforms earlier this week. Dummy Boy is packed with special features from A list artists like Kanye West, Nicki Minaj and more.

Meek Mill will also drop an album this week. Last year, all eyes were on Meek and his troubles with the court system. Things have certainly shifted as he has taken the next steps to change the policies and laws that he believes unjustly targets Black and brown people.

In other news, Allen Iverson and Reebok have collaborated on a new sneakers line. The colors are inspired by his Sixers jersey.
