Court Documents Show Four Counts Against T.I. and Tiny Upheld in Court

T.I. and Tiny Deny Sexual Abuse Allegations

T.I. and his wife Tiny are currently battling multiple sexual assault and misconduct allegations. During a live episode of the Big Facts podcast with Big Banka and DJ Scream, T.I. spoke about the allegations.

“That shit don’t hurt me,” T.I. said. “Lemme ask you a question. If that were really going on—they sent that shit to the feds, to GBI—I trust in every legal law faculty to do they job.”

The accusations are in California and Georgia. T.I. would also deny the NDAs created by his team were to hide wrongdoing. “Privacy and anonymity must be held in high regard. That don’t mean nobody doing anything,” he said.

“Why, all of a sudden, after all of these many years of service to the community, decades of integrity, and showing people who I am… I just become a creep to people. I ain’t bullshitting, bruh. Motherfckers just want me to be a creep, so fucking bad. Like, my niggaa, where that come from?”

Despite his efforts of self-defense, legal proceedings around T.I. and Tiny will continue. Court documents obtained by The Source cite attorney Tyrone Blackburn filed seven total counts on behalf of T.I.’s accuser, Sabrina Peterson, including defamation, invasion of privacy, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and more. The defendants, Clifford “T.I.” Harris, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, and Shekinah Jones Anderson filed a special motion to strike all the counts under the anti-SLAPP statute, allowing defendants to challenge the claims from the exercise of free speech or petition rights. Of the seven counts, four were upheld, and Peterson’s legal team can now take legal action against the defendants.

The court docs contain the court’s justification for upholding Peterson’s claims, but Blackburn states the public nature of the incident and the defendants’ words will create difficulty in the case.

“The hard part for them is that everything is so public,” Blackburn said. “Shekinah can’t deny saying those things. We have it on video.”

With the case continuing, Blackburn expects another response from the Harrises and Anderson before a date is set for further proceedings and an eventual trial if a settlement is not reached. Blackburn also expects the defendants to submit requests for dismissal.

“I don’t see how the case will be dismissed. I don’t see how they will succeed if and when it goes to trial,” Blackburn said.

Allegations of sexual abuse and rape have been thrown at Hip Hop couple T.I. and Tiny since March, where at least 30 women have accused the celebrity couple of drugging and raping them. 17 women have actually come forward and pressed charges and the woman who set off the stream of accusations is the couple’s former friend Sabrina Peterson.

Back in January, Peterson posted an allegation on IG, claiming that T.I. put a gun to her head. Peterson also publicized several other allegations from alleged victims on IG who claim T.I. and Tiny drugged them and forced or coerced them into sex, which further complicated the situation for the famous duo. Earlier this month, the Los Angeles County Prosecutor’s Office has confirmed that they have officially opened up an investigation into the claims against T.I. and Tiny.

Peterson has now come forth with a video saying that if Clifford and Tameka Harris(T.I. and Tiny) apologize to her per the allegations within seven days, she will immediately drop the lawsuit against the couple.

In light of allegations, VH1 has halted production on the couple’s reality show, T.I. & Tiny: Friends & Family Hustle. Marvel also dropped T.I. from his role in the upcoming Ant-Man and the Wasp movie.

TI and Tiny have been the talk of the town following some serious accusations of the couple allegedly drugging and sexually assaulting over a dozen women. The accusations began from Tiny Harris’ ex-friend, Sabrina Peterson, who shared direct messages from victims that shared detailed their experiences with her.

In a statement released by the Harris family, the couple denies the accusations and promise legal action moving forward. “Mr. and Mrs. Harris want to be on record and more importantly want the public to know they emphatically deny in the strongest way possible the egregiously appalling allegations being made against them by Sabrina Peterson. The Harrises have had difficulty with this woman for well over a decade. They are taking this matter very seriously, and if these allegations don’t end, they will take appropriate legal action.”

Tiny has also come to her husband’s defense on Instagram after Peterson accused the rapper of pointing a gun at her head some years back.  “He was just uncle 2 years ago … now when did you say my husband assaulted you? Did you change your mind or change it back? Stop Harassing My Family,” Tiny penned.

Peterson insist that they all take lie detector test.

Amid the back and forth on social media, Brandi Boyd seemed to hop in to defend Tiny Harris with a post on her Instagram. “A wonderful wife, somebody who is happy right now and has a very beautiful marriage. Why do you want to tear this person down? And we are black and us black women need to stick together,” Boyd said.

“You just don’t do this, don’t do this to my friend, just knock it off Brandi stated. Do not come for her character, do not slander, it’s disgusting. Spend that good energy of negativity you got – the right direction. Don’t do that because that’s ugly,” she finished.

Peterson shared that she too has an attorney and will file a lawsuit against the Harrises, charges have yet to be filed on either side.
