Uncle Murda Calls Out Travis Scott On “Rap Up 2018” For His Comments On Mike Brown Being Killed By Police

Besides being a shit starter in the rap game, Lenny Grant has always been outspoken against police brutality and he doesn’t hold back when he hears that Travis Scott is pro-police.

Besides the laughs for Young Buck verse (“them G-Unit niggas thought I wasn’t gonna say shit..”), Brooklyn rapper Uncle Murda had some words on “Rap Up 2018” for the Houston rapper after he accepted the NFL’s offer to perform at this year’s Super Bowl and what he had to say about why 17 year old Ferguson, Missouri teenager Mike Brown was killed in August 2014.

Scott asserted in an interview with Ebro Darden, “I’m kind of angry; so many Black people are acting like fake activists … I’m not saying [Mike Brown] deserved to get killed. But I’m not saying that he didn’t deserve to pay for consequences he probably inflicted.”

With the acceptance of the Super Bowl performance and his comments about the unarmed teen who was murdered by police, his value system and principles come into question, especially to a no holds barred street dude like Uncle Murda.

Murda’s response to Scott?

Travis Scott’s a coon like his brother-in-law..”

“I saw that interview you did about Mike Brown/ that he deserved it, now it’s clear to me you’re a clown..”

See Who Made The Cut On Uncle Murda’s “Rap Up 2018”

For the past four years Brooklyn native and G-Unit signee Uncle Murda has brought the heat for the year’s end wrap up, including all of the beefs, statements and overall unforgettable moments for the past 365 days. Even with a little rap-up competition from VA ghostwriter Mad Skillz, Murda’s rendition always tips the scales in terms of content.

Leaving no one out, from Kanye to Young Buck to Cardi B, Murda’s Rap-Up is an entertaining way to remember what went down in 2018.
