Drill rapper Kay Flock is facing racketeering conspiracy charges. In a release from the United States Justice Department, Flock and seven additional people have been accused of running the “Sev Side” and “Third Side” Bronx gangs. The unit is stated to have executed a run of violent crimes, including attempted murder.

Prosecutors state the gangs ran rampant across the Belmont neighborhoods engaging in shootouts and then celebrating their acts in music and on social media.

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said: “Over a span of several years, the members of these gangs allegedly terrorized neighborhoods in the Bronx and Manhattan by killing and shooting other people. Through these charges, we will hold Sev Side and Third Side members responsible for plaguing our communities with gun violence.”

NYPD Commissioner Keechant L. Sewell said: “The deadly nexus of gangs and illegal guns in New York City is a grave threat to public safety in our city. Combatting this crisis is the NYPD’s top priority, and today’s indictments are another step toward ridding our streets of violence and fear. I want to thank the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York and everyone else involved with this case who worked to make our city safer for all the people we serve.”

Kay Flock was already in state custody for the alleged murder of Hwascar Hernandez, who was killed outside a Harlem barbershop in 2021. He will now be transferred to federal custody with this indictment.

LOOK! Tekashi 6ix9ine’s First Prison Pic Released By Rapper’s GF

The first photo of Tekashi 6ix9ine in prison has emerged, after his girlfriend posted a photo of the pair together.

The controversial Gummo rapper is currently incarcerated in a US federal prison while he awaits trial for racketeering charges later this year. If found guilty, he faces a minimum sentence of 32 years and a maximum of life in prison. The charges reportedly arise from a five-year investigation into the Nine Trey Bloods street gang, of which 6ix9ine is allegedly a member.

Although he’s been imprisoned since November 2018, the first photo of the rapper behind bars has now emerged from his own girlfriend.

Posting on Instagram, she shared a candid photo that showed her kissing the rapper. She captioned the snap: “He’s good luv, enjoy”

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Lawyer Assures he’s Not Taking a Plea Deal

Tekashi 6ix9ine’s lawyer, Lance Lazzaro, is so confident and proving that his client is innocent that he  told TMZ that a plea deal is “simply off the table.” Lazzaro’s comments come one day after TMZ acquired photographs exhibited by investigators intended to demonstrate the rapper’s inclusion in a series of thefts all through Brooklyn prior this year. The proof was at first used to demonstrate a judge why the Brooklyn rapper should be denied bail.

The evidence obtained from the DUMMY BOY rapper’s phone sets up the narrative that he was outside the building when a robbery occurred, however, his former manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan is the only one who was identified in the incident. Another picture shows a stolen book bag was inside of 6ix9ine’s home, but it doesn’t exactly prove that he had anything to do with the robbery.

Prosecutors believe that Tekashi 6ix9ine was the brains behind these occurrences, notwithstanding, Lazzaro disputed these claims and expressed that his client “was never part of a conspiracy, plain and simple. Nor did he ever participate in any incidents that the government has alleged.” If the rapper is offered a plea deal, his attorney fired back “A plea deal is simply off the table, even if the feds offer one.” Lazzaro isn’t keen on cooperating with prosecutors either.

6ix9ine has been accused of racketeering, drug distribution, and conspiracy to commit murder. His preliminary has been set for September 4 with a hearing planned for January 22.

Transcripts of Wired Conversations Prove Tekashi 6ix9ine’s Crew Was Reportedly Plotting to Kill Him

At his latest interview with The Breakfast Club, Tekashi 6ix9ine mentioned that the only things he feared was G-d and the FBI, and it turns out that they were both knocking at his door.

The feds wiretapped several former members of the Brooklyn rapper’s entourage, and they were talking about “feeding” Tekashi following his recent interview. Prosecutors believe “feed” is slang for shooting him.

On one of the taps you can hear Jamel Jones, better known as Mel Murda, say, “[Tekashi] is trying to dry snitch at the same time, homie. But he keep saying, f*** Treway, f*** that n****, Treyway. Ain’t no n****, Treway. F*** Treway.”

The DUMMY BOY’s former manager Shotti, responds laughing and says, “Imma feed him though.” Elsewhere in the wiretap, you can hear them saying Tekashi 6ix9ine was trying to distance himself from the gang. Not sure if this is a good thing in 69’s case.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Pleads Not Guilty, Denied Bail Again

Tekashi 6ix9ine had court Monday morning for his federal racketeering case and plead not guilty.

The judge set his trial for September 4th of next year, and it’s looking like he’s going to have to sit in jail until then because he was denied bail yet again.

His attorney, Lance Lazzaro, plans to apply for bail directly to the trial judge. However, the likelihood of it getting approved looks slim since he was already denied after he offered to pay $750K, give up his passport, and stay on house arrest.

Tekashi 6ix9ine along with two former associates, including his manager, Shottie, are being charged with racketeering and other serious charges. As per the indictment, they’re facing charges for numerous crimes including drug deals, armed robberies and shootings.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Moved To Protective Custody Unit For “Neutral Inmates”

According to a report from TMZ, Daniel Hernandez aka Tekashi 6ix9ine has been moved from general population in Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center to a unit where “witnesses who cooperate with the feds” are held late yesterday.

Tek’s attorney Lance Lazarro said it was merely a security matter to keep the “Gummo” rapper safe.

As reported earlier this week, 6ix9ine received a warning from the FBI that his former Nine Trey crew members were planning to “super violate him”. The 22 year old Brooklyn rapper refused their help, but was swept up the next day along with the same crew members who were allegedly planning a hit on the rapper.

“This criminal enterprise has no business in our city, and we will continue to work with our partners to ensure that Nine Trey crew members, including the more well-known Tekashi 6ix9ine, are in a place where they cannot inflict further violence on our communities,”

Homeland Security Investigations Special Agent in Charge Angel M. Melendez said when announcing 6ix9ine’s arrest.

Lazarro claims that Hernandez is nothing more than an entertainer, who was in the midst of promoting his new album Dummy Boy when the arrest occurred. The album’s released has been postponed indefinitely.

Tekashi has been charged by federal authorities for racketeering and firearms. He faces a minimum of 32 years in federal prison.

Feds Claim Tekashi’s Estranged Crew Members’ Plans To “Super Violate Him” Brought About His Arrest

While controversial Brooklyn rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine is facing the rest of his natural life behind bars, the story behind the cause of his arrest may prompt the 22 year old emcee to reconsider his affiliations.

According to the Asst. U.S. District Attorney, Tek almost became a victim top his own crew after his comments on The Breakfast Club, alleging that some of his own people were praying on his downfall.

“They wanted to ‘super violate’ him”, said the prosecutor in reference to his former crew mates. He said the term “super violate” meant to perform a “violent act, including shooting him.”

Fearing for his life, federal agents picked up the “Gummo” rapper at his home on Saturday and brought him to FBI headquarters for his protection. They initially didn’t arrest him and offered to keep the rapper safe. He refused their help and signed a waiver so that he coud be released.

The next day, federal authorities from the ATF and Homeland Security took 6ix9ine into custody after learning that Tekashi was planning a trip to Connecticut’s Foxwoods Casinos and there may be an attempt on his life there.

According to prosecutors, 6ix 9ine and the Nine Trey set of the Blood gang in Brooklyn “committed. conspired, attempted and threatened to commit acts of violence including acts involving murder, robbery and extortion against rival gang members and other individuals adverse to the enterprise.”

Tekashi, whose real name is Daniel Hernandez, is due back in court today to be formally arraigned on six federal charges. He faces a possible life sentence in prison.
