Pro Skater Evan Hernandez Sentenced To 8 Years For Selling Meth, Stealing Bitcoin

According to several confirmed reports, pro skateboarder Evan Hernandez ws handed down a 97-month sentence after pleading guilty to selling crystal meth. Hernandez also pleaded guilty to stealing Bitcoin and selling it to other drug traffickers.

The DOJ say that Hernandez “distributed narcotics, conspiring with drug dealers to distribute the controlled substances over one of the world’s largest darknet marketplaces” between March 2018 and March 2019. They added the pro skater “was involved in a highly sophisticated drug-trafficking operation, where he personally took on various roles to ensure its success: obtaining multiple types of narcotics, selling them directly to customers, and laundering money on the backend in a sophisticated manner.”

Hernandez also had to give up his 2010 Mercedes-Benz, about $35K in cash, and a bunch of jewelry including watches, necklaces, and rings to authorities.

Yo Gotti’s Label VP To Serve 10-14 Years In Prison For Young Dolph Shooting

Yo Gotti’s road manager and vice president of Collective Music Group Howard “Keon” Wright has plead guilty to shooting up Young Dolph’s Sprinter van in Charlotte, NC in 2016 and now faces at least a decade in prison for the charges connected to the incident.

According to a report from Bossip.com, Wright took a plea deal rather than go to trial, in which he’s looking at 10 to 14 years after admitting to shooting up the van that also struck the lobby of a nearby Hyatt hotel lobby.

Wright plead guilty to several felonies, including discharging a firearm into occupied property, discharging a firearm into an occupied vehicle in operation, conspiracy to discharge a firearm into an occupied dwelling, eight counts of discharging a firearm into an occupied dwelling and misdemeanor carrying a concealed gun.

He remains in county jail with no bond.

Kevin Thompson and Derek Bolton, two other men connected to the shooting, already have their disposition, with Thompson pleading guilty to gun charges and Bolton was found not guilty after trial.
