Cardi B is really about that political life. She recently sat down with Bernie Sanders to see what his intentions truly are if he does get into office.

As spotted on High Snobiety the Bronx Bombshell recently sat down with the presidential hopeful for a one on one interview. While she has been transparent in her support of the Brooklyn native Bardi addressed some very hard questions that reflect the day to day struggles of middle Americans.

In the clip she asks specifically about the cost of living and how that deeply cuts into a lot of citizen’s net take home pay. “What are we gonna do about wages in America? When I was not famous, I just felt like no matter how many jobs I get, I wasn’t able to make ends meet” she explained. Sanders agreed saying many in this country are “earning what I consider to be starvation wages”. He also stated that his plan would “make it easier for workers to join unions so they can sit down and engage in collective bargaining”.

Prime Sinister: 50 Cent Jokes About 2020 Presidential Run

Source: WATCH WHAT HAPPENS LIVE WITH ANDY COHEN — Pictured: Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson — (Photo by: Charles Sykes/Bravo/NBCU Photo Bank via Getty Images)

50 Cent is riding his new debt collector persona until the tires fall off. His newest ploy has him hinting as having a future in politics.

The G-Unit Records CEO is now alluding to running for office in 2020. He laid out the jig on his Instagram with a mock up presidential advertisement that resembled Barack Obama’s iconic “Hope” poster designed by artist Shepard Fairey. The slogan read “2020 NO ONE WILL EVER DARE OWE AMERICA AGAIN! FOFTY FOR PRESIDENT”.

His caption, which included a shot at the current POTUS and his reluctance to reveal his financial earnings, was equally hilarious. “All debts will be paid by Monday, no more loans and no your not gonna see my taxes 🤨LOL.”.

The image Fifty posted was created by an artist called McVader—peep the original post and his work right here.

As for Fofty, this epic troll run stems back to the “I Get Money” rapper having to press television producer Randall Emmett for some monies owed. Once he saw the missing dollars brought out the old Boo Boo, he paid up and quickly apologized via direct message. So quickly he haphazardly mistyped Fif’s name as “Fofty” and at that moment a legend was born.

Charlamagne Says Corey Booker was ‘Uncomfortable’ with Questions About Race

In a televised interview, Radio Host Charlamagne Tha God questioned 2020 Presidential nominee Corey Booker’s authenticity when discussing race. In an interview with CNN’s Erin Burnett, the co-host of Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club reluctantly said that Corey Booker seemed the most uncomfortable answering questions about race.

Charlamagne went on to explain why he felt this way about the African-American New Jersey Senator and Presidential hopeful. “…it seemed like he didn’t have an answer at the time,” Charlamagne told Burnett. “I think for a long time Democrats have gotten the loyalty of the African-American community and they’ve gotten that loyalty but haven’t really done anything in return.”

Charlamagne’s answer possibly came after Senator Booker flubbed a direct question from the morning show host on what his agenda is for Black Americans. “I have a specific agenda for the American people,” Booker said before discussing his legislative attempt at closing the wealth gap.

The Breakfast Club made up of DJ Envy, Charlamagne Tha God and Angela Yee have stepped into the political arena for the upcoming election that has attracted a diverse group of candidates willing to take on President Trump in 2020. Charlamagne has not been shy about favoring California Senator Kamala Harris for president but admits in his interview on CNN that Indiana Mayor Pete Buttigieg seemed the most comfortable discussing race.

“Kamala seemed very comfortable too but I just really like Mayor Pete. I think Mayor Pete is just very authentic and very honest,” Charlamagne said.

Democrats have sought out the Breakfast Club’s large platform to help boost their chances in the wide-open Democratic primary. Big names like Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders, New York Congresswoman Kirsten Gillibrand, and Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren have also declared their nomination but have not sat down with the morning show for an interview.

Akon Is Strongly Considering Running For President In 2020?

Donald Trump’s proposed immigration reform has many people, including Akon, feeling a ways. The singer is now pondering a career in U.S. politics.

As per Page Six the Konvict Musik CEO recently did an interview with Newsweek. In the Q&A he detailed that he has been considering a run at the 2020 presidential election. “I’ve been thinking about running for 2020 very seriously. But I didn’t want to just do it because I feel like I want to continue  doing what I’m doing and hope that builds me enough momentum [for people] to say, ‘You know what, if you run we’ll support you.’”

Earlier this week the current POTUS slammed the 14th amendment by threatening the provision with an executive order. The “Lonely” singer openly admitted that Donald’s tough talk has him uneasy. “I feel a lot more unsafe. I feel unempowered. Honestly, I feel it’s gonna be a fight. I feel like I should be always prepared for the unexpected. I feel very uncomfortable” he shared.

He also put on his captain obvious hat when discussing the noticeable changes in our country since Barack Obama left office. “We really came a long way to get people to come together, and look at each other as humans, and work towards a common cause,” he told the magazine. “And now it seems like everything that was done is being undone, with gangs and race groups reemerging. It’s just horrible.”

Over the last five years, Akon has become more socially spirited. In 2014 he founded Akon Lighting Africa—a project that aims to provide electricity in Africa via solar energy. Since launch the initiative has provided lighting to over 14 countries including Niger, Sierra Leone and Guinea.

Akon is of Senegalese descent but was born in the United States which makes him eligible to run for office. Sunken place Kanye West infamously announced at the 2015 Video Music Awards that he would be running for president in 2020. He has recently vowed he is stepping away from politics.
