Wrap It Up Next Time: Eliza Reign Continues Legal Fight Against Future Regarding Alleged Daughter

Eliza Reign, who claims Future is the father of her child, is fighting back against the rapper’s attempt to sue her for invasion of privacy and to place a gag order on her. In new legal docs, Reign aims to have Future’s case dismissed and says that her paternity suit shouldn’t be framed as her sharing private details of his life, especially since his prolific baby-making ways are known to the public.

TMZ obtained the court records and highlighted the key parts of Reign’s latest legal moves. From Future’s side, he believes Reign is somehow smearing his name by bringing up the fact that he allegedly fathered little Reign Wilburn. Reign fired back and said that any talk of paternity in the public would have been settled long ago if Future took the court-ordered test to determine the truth about his fatherhood status.

However, Reign’s motion was denied due to the paperwork exceeding the page limit but the outlet adds that she will be able to file a shorter motion or request a page-limit extension at a later date. Future has said in the past via the courts that his side believes Reign is only trying to entrap him financially by having the baby.

In an unrelated paternity matter, a woman named Cindy Parker claimed Future was the father of her young son, Legend Wilburn. Parker sued Future for custody, child support, and paternity but dropped her lawsuit which points to the possibility that the pair settled their matter privately.

Future’s Alleged Baby Mamma Eliza Reign Sues To Finna Keep Talking

My Turn Album Release Party

As Future continues to attempt to slap a gag order on Eliza Reign, the alleged mother of an 11-month toddler she says he fathered, the Instagram model is fighting back. In a new lawsuit, Reign says that the Freebandz honcho’s attempt to silence her legally will be met with fire as she aims to have the claims against her dismissed.

As reported by The Blast, Reign filed her latest lawsuit against Future stating that the pair had a sexual relationship for four years and that he is indeed the father to the girl, known as R.W. in court filings. According to Reign’s social media account, the initials stand for Reign Wilburn, which is Future’s last name.

From The Blast:

Eliza says Future has already tried to gag her in the paternity case and was shut down by the court. Eliza accuses him of suing her in an attempt to “intimidate, harass, and financially drain the Mother herein so that she will either dismiss or accept an unfavorable settlement in the paternity proceedings which are currently pending before” the family court.

She claims despite his attempts to avoid a DNA test, Future is the father to her kid. Therefore, any comments she made about him being the father are not defamatory.

Eliza trashes him pointing out, “To the contrary, his sexual relations with 7 other women with whom he has fathered children are all documented and widely reported on the internet and discussed on social media. It is unknown why he would think this one would be any different.”

Yikes.

Reign wants Future’s lawsuit tossed with immediacy and for him to pay her mounting legal fees.

Future was ordered by a judge to take a paternity test, something it appears he has yet to do. A quick look on Reign’s Instagram page also makes note of the rapper’s reluctance to confirm his fatherhood status with “JUST TAKE THE TEST” in place of the user name field on her account.

Petty Pappy: Future Pursues Gag Order Against Baby Mama In Paternity Case

Future Visits Free Wishes Foundation Interactive Winter Wonderland

Future and one of his baby mamas are getting their day in court, but not to resolve their paternity case.

According to exclusive documents obtained by Bossip, Future and his legal team filed court papers just before Christmas asking the judge for an evidentiary hearing on his motion for a gag order in Eliza Reign’s paternity case against him.

The IG model went public with her paternity suit over the summer when she named the “Where Ya At” rapper as the father of her daughter. Eliza Reign, whose real name is Eliza Seraphin, filed paternity papers in Broward County, Florida in June, asking for Future to officially be recognized as the father of her child.

She’s also asked that the “Same Damn Time” hitmaker be ordered to pay retroactive child support and cover her hospital expenses from her daughter’s birth in April. Future, whose real name Nayvadius DeMun Wilburn, fired back at Reign accusing her of attempting to “extort” money from him.

In November, Future further responded by asking for the gag order over his concerns that “false and baseless allegations” would be leaked to the media and the public, but after six weeks his lawyers dropped the claim at the last minute. Now, according to official court papers obtained by Bossip, the suit is back on resulting in the stagnation of the paternity case until the gag order motion is resolved.

The court documents also point out that Future has yet to meet the baby, but Eliza Reign states in the paperwork that she in spite of everything going on, she wants him in her child’s life— if he behaves in the girl’s best interest.

As previously reported, Reign’s lawsuit isn’t the only paternity battle that the Atlanta artist is facing. In October, another woman named Cindy Parker sued Future for allegedly fathering her son, which the rapper also vehemently denies. Despite Future refusing to take the DNA test, Parker recently submitted DNA results in her case that showed her son and Reign’s daughter are biological siblings.

As of press time, Future has yet to comment regarding the cases; his attorney has only confirmed the filing.

XXXTentacion’s Mother Attempting To Block Baby Mom’s Paternity Test: Report

XXXTentacion seemingly confessed to beating girlfriend, stabbings in secret recording

Source: Miami Herald / Getty

XXXTentacion‘s (alleged?) baby mother has been trying to establish paternity for her son by requesting samples of the late rapper’s DNA, but XXX’s mom is having no parts of it. Establishing paternity also establishes a claim to XXXTentacion’s estate, so we can’t say we’re surprised there’s beef.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the rapper’s mother, Cleopatra Bernard, is attempting to get a petition filed by Jenesis Sanchez dismissed.

“Bernard made the filing weeks after Sanchez went to court trying to establish paternity for baby Gekyume in XXX’s estate. Sanchez is also asking the court to allow her to get a DNA sample to help prove her case. It’s unclear why XXX’s mom is against Sanchez’ petition, and she also had her court filings sealed to keep the battle under wraps,” The Blast states, noting that prior to this issue Bernard celebrated Sanchez’s son. “She even shared photos of Sanchez while announcing that XXX had left behind an unborn son,” the site goes on.

As for what exactly Sanchez is requesting, The Blast reports “Sanchez requested the court allow scientific testing of biological samples of both XXXTentacion and Gekyume in the hopes of legally establishing him as the father. Further, she asked the court to order the Office of the Broward County Medical Examiner and Trauma Services to provide DNA samples of XXX to the scientific testing lab. Samples of the star’s DNA have been kept on file due to the ongoing investigation into his murder.”

Hopefully, this doesn’t get ugly. If Gekyume is his son, he should receive what he is entitled to. Period and moving right along.
